Lexus of Chandler

Took my LS430 here after i bough it to get an oil change and get it inspected. They said i needed 9k worth of work. When i drove off their lot, my car overheated. When i looked in radiator they had completely drained it. They also said i had a water pump leak and they they could not find any records of my car being serviced. Turned out t be a lie. Funny since the book that came with the car had all the listed services done at Lexus dealerships. SMH. BigO has been treating my vehicle better than this place did!

We had the pleasure of working with Gene during our last experience when purchasing through Lexus of Chandler. Gene was professional, prompt and extremely respectful. Most of the initial part of the sale was completed by phone but when it was time to come in, not only did we come in, Gene came in on his day off! This type of dedication isn't seen too often anymore.

We bought used and there were a few finishing touches that need to be completed prior to us getting the keys. Instead of us driving all the back to Chandler to pick up our vehicle, Gene ensured the repairs were made and personality drove the vehicle to our residence, thank you!

Everyone was polite professional, went in for a simple oil change. Was offered free coffee while I waited and when they were done they cleaned the exterior of my car, very nice touch!

Danny Morales is a true professional and was very easy to talk to with a process that is usually known as an awkward and uncomfortable conversation. But not with this team! I had a great experience!
