Took my Lexus in for Service for the first time. Danny was very professional and honest when it came to the condition of my pre-owned vehicle I purchased from a private party. I was in and out quickly and the service cost was affordable. I will be taking my car to this location moving forward. Staff was also very friendly.

I had an amazing experience! My car battery died so i went it in to get it changed, i had great customer service and the process was quick and easy! I will definitely be going back if i have any other car troubles!

I highly recommend Lexus of Chandler. I bought my Mini Cooper there last year and they continue to go above and beyond with their service. Greg was super professional and friendly! Highly satisfied customer! I'd be happy to send anyone their way. They are awesome!

After some back and forth and negotiating I was very pleased with the staff and even the GM were extremely helpful and got the deal done. Very pleased and one of the better experiences I’ve had buying cars.

Worst company ever. Trash managers, with poor services. I will never get a Lexus car and I hope this company goes bankrupt in a couple years.

This dealership plays games with pricing and doesn't really want to sell cars.

Won't even bring my leased Lexus back here when lease is up.

I purchased a suv that was just traded in and hasn't had a chance to be prepped for sale. The purchase was only a tenth of the price of their priciest models. At delivery a few days later, I received a fully detailed, washed vehicle with a full tank of gas in it. I was treated with the same respect and professionalism as if I had purchased their $100K vehicle. Class act all around! I would highly recommend Lexus of Chandler to anyone.

Im going to keep this as short and simple as possible. I went in to purchase a vehicle the salesman Tody was completely rude and acted as if he did not want to help me in anyway. His job was simple I knew exactly what car I wanted and had previously test drove one at another location. All he had to do was run numbers. However since he was a complete jerk I walked away from purchasing the vechicle that day as I didn’t feel like purchasing from such a jackass.

I went back two days later and purchased the vehicle and was helped by a completely different salesman. After purchasing I was instructed to wait in the lounging area as my car was being given a small detail and it wouldn’t be no longer than 10 minutes. After an hour of waiting my vehicle was finally “done”.

Now purchasing a vehicle from a dealership you would think at minimum the inside would be free from dust or dirt. Especially since I waited an hour. But of course not. The inside had not even been touched as the disgustingly dirty lockbox was found thrown on my leather seats. A simple wipe down would’ve been completely fine but no they did nothing.

When Toddy called me on Monday to follow up on my purchase I informed him I was completely displeased and his response was “our guys aren’t the best”. I informed him I wanted a manager to call me back as that’s no excuse. Here we are two weeks later, still no phone call or email.

I will never purchase another vechicle from this location again.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Lexus of Chandler. I was treated with great respect and care. Usually, I am a bit leary of car dealerships. Bill, at Lexus of Chandler was an amazing representative, and assisted me above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend any individual to visit Bill or any of the excellent staff at Lexus of Chandler. Ed evaluated my trade-in with honesty and generosity. Stephanie handled all of my paperwork with efficiency in what I was signing and the ability to answer all of my questions. The process was a very positive experience. Thank you, Lexus of Chandler!:)

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. No customer service at all. I went in to pick up a part and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. This was my first time at the location and the last. I will be traveling back to Tucson for my car needs.

Dear Lexus of Chandler, do not contact me. Disappointed with incompetence with Finance department, Stephanie McMurray, has been unable to correctly file paperwork for the finance process and the transfer of my trade in. Had to return paperwork three separate occasions. No apology or personal responsibility on her part. Hopefully, it is corrected now. Overall, a bad experience that kept coming back.
