Little Caesars Pizza reviews
30This location is usually very clean and efficient. My last order was online and I picked up the pizza via their "Pizza Portal" so the entire transaction was done without any human interaction whatsoever. That was a bit weird, but the pizza was hot and the order was correct.
Stopped by Little Ceasars Pizza for lunch to take home. As always made fresh and prices are always reasonable. Staff was friendly too.
Stood in corner of waiting area for 45 minutes waiting for my pizza, I finally walked up and asked if it was ready and he grabbed 2 boxes that I had seen sitting for 20 minutes. When I asked Diego why, he said he called me but I was outside. I never left the store. I told him I was right there in the corner and he knew it, he says” I can’t memorize everyone’s name, ” so I asked for his name and he says he doesn’t have to give it to me, so I ask for manager and she says the same thing to me, that she won’t give me her name. Then she gives me some made up name that nobody would name their child. I’m glad I didn’t get my food now, with a bunch of kids in there with that type of attitude I would be afraid to eat here.
Really good pizza at a great price, along with great employees. Thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni with jalapeños is my fav.
I have been going to little caesars for years but never have I ever got half cooked pizza until now from the 83rd ave and glendale location. Seriously should take a little more time into making pizzas. Now it could've been busy but never the less pizza should always be fully cooked.
I'm a dasher and the order I was picking up took literally over 15 minutes. And the cashier didn't even know anything about the order and seemed lost.
I don't care for this store much. The employees are pretty rude sometimes and they don't follow directions
The food was great, place is pretty busy so I recommend ordering online. Gave 3 stars because it was awkward, the employees were arguing with each other, and the guy was giving freebies to people he knew but charging us. It's a pretty small space and you can hear everything they were saying. Hopefully the employees take a work edequit class to learn how to act in a job setting.
I love Little Caesars friendly efficiency is on point. Did not wait long. Pizza was excellent. Store very clean.
First rate customer service. Associate mixed up my order and the store manager Jordan took immediate accountability to make things right. Being new in the area from the East Coast, she made my experience feel like I was back home. This will be my go to location!
They're never prepared and had waited 40 minutes for my order and got home and the order was wrong.
Last time food was excellent. This time for some reason the pizza tasted under cook and didn’t taste right. All of it had to be re cut. Their new crazy sauce is disgusting. Pretty disappointed
By far the worst a little Caesars place I have been to in a long time. Every single kid/adult in there was unprofessional, had no manners, cursing like they have no common sense, playing around, showing zero interest in what’s expected of them and lazy. We live 25 minutes away and stopped at this location because it was on our way home from church. We get home to our cheese pizza having absolutely no sauce on it. All you seen was some cheese on bread! Unexceptionable! Please please please train these young kids/adults the right way and please hold them accountable. It is in there best interest. The CEO will and should be notified as soon as possible. Please feel free to reach out to me for any help on customer service training, professionalism in the work place.
Always like going here for a super fast bite. Pizza is an amazing value and pretty tasty. Help is always friendly.
Went it picked up 2 large pizza's; 1 pep 1 cheese. Took them home to my family. Sat down started eating. Let me just tell you when you start eating pizza with zero sauce, you start to ask why. Oh and dont bother trying to call in and ask them "sometime it depends on whos making it. Sometimes someone will and more sauce than someone else. " HA "more" sauce how about "No" sauce. And here I though popeyes biscuits were dry.
Every time I go for a "hot and ready" they are never ready and end up waiting 10 min anyways talk about false advertising
Call your order in then add 10min to what time they say it will be done. It might be ready then
First time at this location. Came on a Saturday night, wasn't particularly busy, maybe 5 or 6 people waiting. I've seen a lot worse especially on weekends. The cashier tells us 10-15 minutes for our 3 pepperoni pizzas. That's fine. We wait 20 minutes, 30 minutes, almost 40 minutes before we finally complain. Turns out it's still not ready but just a little longer, sorry for the wait. Just cancelled the order and left. Really poor service.
Man I came in on 3/18/18 at around 4: 15 pm. And let me tell you this place is being ran by teenagers that take making people's food as a joke. A slim guy continues to lean back and exchange looks with me as I'm waiting to have my meal made. He starts to speak to the lady next to him. They continue to laugh and joke around while I'm waiting. I then see the guy take his phone out of his pocket and text, then continues to make the pizzas. That is by no means sanitary. I've got this gut feeling they may have made this pizza the way it is on purpose. All the toppings were placed in the middle. And it was cut so that the pizza was in pretty much four really big slices. With four very very slim slices this may sounds ok but I'm talking like 1 in wide here. Like it was the big joke that this pizza is the way it is. I'm not even going to eat it man. If you own this place pull your cam footage and watch how unsanitary your employees are working.
Went in at lunchtime. Just one customer in the store. Ordered one cheese pizza. Employee Karina smiled and shook her head no, like it was to her amusement that I didn't get what wanted. Told me I had to wait 8 mins. Not so hot and ready.
