Little Caesars Pizza, Glendale AZ

It's little Ceasars. It's not the best pizza in the world, but you know what they say.there's no such thing as a bad pizza. Prices are fair, pizza taste is pretty average. Kind of poor service.called ahead to order 4 pizzas, was told it would be 10 min. 15 min later I show up to find that the order wasn't ready.stood there for another 20 min for 2 pepperoni, and 2 cheese pizzas. Watched lots of people come in and buy pizza and walk on out.sure glad I called ahead to avoid the wait.

If they would know how to keep up with hit and ready and don't have me waiting for at least 15 minutes for barely there pepperoni pizza I would be ok with it. But since they are really slow and most of the time the people working there are just plain rude. I only come here if my niece wants pizza after school. But it is little Cesar's anyways.

Where do I begin! I always go to this Little Cesars because the on closest to me NEVER HAS PEPPERONI PIZZA ready, BUT tonight was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I think they might have been training someone NUT my wait was almost 40 minutes when I was told 10 minutes for a 2 meat pizza they gave one of my pizzas away, I know this because my daughter my name on someone else's pizza.we watched several people walk in and out before I finally asked of there was a problem with the over they grabbed a couple pizzas and said it was done EXCEPT one pizza belonged to somebody else it said "light sauce" IT MINE then the hot wings they gave me HAD NO SAUCE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN APPOLOGISE OR EVEN OFFER TO MAKE IT BETTER. WE LEFT THERW VERY UPSET. (IT TAKES A LOT TO MAKE ME UPSET). VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Always have to wait extended times at this location. Three different visits, all different times, but no hot n ready's. Avg wait time over the 3 visits was about 15 minutes

What's the point of calling ahead when they can't get the order right. So I'm here waiting ten mins waiting. Then the cashier short changes me and feels I'm wrong about it, so proceeds to argue with me. This is my third time in two months I've left upset.
My recommendation El patron pizza. It's better and cheaper

I do not understand how your new commercial is ok? I would NEVER expect to see a child make an adult feel that bad. You are making children believe it's ok to treat their parents horrible. Parents try so hard to please their children today, it's unacceptable to be a parent who disciplines these days, so they are expected to be accepting of awful behavior in their children. Don't help them be that way. Thanks.

The service is slow. No matter what time you go they never have anything hot and ready. I have even filed a complaint to their corporate office because of the fact they never have pizza ready.

Decent pizza for the price, but they never seem to have the hot & ready. Well hot, and ready

This is the second and last chance I'm giving this place. The first experience I had with this place was receiving a smokehouse pizza that I quickly discovered had been rewarmed. It was like chewing on cardboard. But this is day two of my very first food poisoning experience. My wife, child, mother, and myself have spent the last two days in constant rotation in the restroom. Don't do it.

Was once a decent store but not anymore. Last time there I got wings floating in the sauce. Tonight the wings look decent but the pizza has a crust that is 2 in.deep. There's barely any toppings and it seems to have been cooked by a warning lamp. Last time I'll be going there. 67th and Bethany is close and numb better.
