I had been coming here for over 9 months, they were pleasant and always did my acrylic fills nicely.i always pay in cash so my price is $15 and i give a $5 tip, there’s been 2 instances now where they charged me more for the same exact service for no reason.once i paid $23 for my regular acrylic fill w just polish? And i tipped on top of that.this last time i came in they charged me $20, so i just gave my $20 bill and finished the service, and as i left they told me i needed to tip! So i explained they charged me wrong and instead of listening to me the man said “go! Just go! ”. I’m a very shy and quiet person and this did upset me as i’ve been coming here consistently.i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. (i would recommend happy feet nail salon if you’re looking for a better place)

I love coming here, I drive 20 miles one way just for the amazing shoulder message! Love it! The only reason I put 4 stars vs 5 is because it could be a bit cleaner and guy in front doesn’t have best customer service but I love the message & prices.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice, both times I got a full acrylic gel manicure and I’ve really loved the results. They did very well with the designs I asked for both times (and I had a different person each time) and got it done quickly and well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they didn’t do any cuticle care or trimming (other places I’ve gone do it automatically but I’m not sure if I should’ve specifically asked for it here, so this could be my fault) so I feel like my nails aren’t quite as pretty as they could’ve been, but they still look very good and I’m definitely satisfied, especially for the price.

I am a repeat customer because at Loann's Nails they are always friendly, curtious, great value and service. I always look forward to my time of being pampered.

It is a terrible place I got a full set here and one was very badly broken by them and then they cut my finger open with the drill and I ended up getting stitches!

Paid a lot for nails for my daughter 65 was too much then they fell off this morning. Not taken off they fell off. Hows it fall off? Regular nail polish doesn't fall off, dollar store polish doesn't fall off but 65 dollar nails do.

Stayed open 30 minutes after they closed to finish my granddaughter's fingernails. Did a great job, too!

The service was terrible.we were the last people in the store, and it was telling. They rushed through me and my friends nails, and charged us an outrageous rate for something that we didn't even ask. I would suggest not ever going there if you want quality service.

HORRIBLE! Rude.cut my toe.couldnt even paint a simple flower! Seriously the worst nail experience ever!

It was the only place I could find that was open on labor day. My nails are ok, but it's definitely not the best place to go. The person who did my nails didn't pay attention to the details. The gel paint is patchy and I have bubbles in my nails.

Got my nails done here not even a week ago they were auooose to be blue and turned out white. They keep breaking and I asked for a refund and they told me to deal with it and hung on me. Highly don’t recommend they’re rude and unprofessional. And they don’t sanitize the tools in between clients.

They did a great job with my nails and there are a lot of gel colors to choose from which is always nice! Fast service as well.

Horrible service! The old man in the front with the glasses has no customer service skills. He is Rude and condescending. I will never waste my money there again. Believe me there are other nail places that treat customers with respect and are right around the corner.

The service i got was not the worst but my full set of just plain acrylics looked awful! I dont do the gel, but thats what they want to push to sell, and he rushed so fast thru mine, i have never been more dis-satisfied! Seriously they looked so bad the girl doing my pedicure asked if i needed a fill or polish change!

I’m a little surprised to see this place got 3.5 stars. Very disappointed in this place. I’ve tried this place a few times and it’s horrible. The last time I went, I decided on a bright pink SNS. It turned out marbly looking. When I questioned it, the girl kept telling me it was beautiful. I won’t go back.

My daughter was getting her nails done and the man doing her nails was very unprofessional because he kept looking at his phone like he was watching something. Then not paying attention had cut her and she started bleeding. And her nails could have been a more shaped and payed attention to more

They upcharged everything without you telling them they were doing that. I took two teens in to get nails done. Told them they wanted regular paint yet they put on gel. The girls were young and inexperienced so I felt they did it in purpose bc they knew "There mom would have to pay the bill" the nails were are bubbly and not even painted right on both of the girls hands. I normally NEVER write bad reviews unless I feel truly passionate about it.

I decided to pick this nail salon based on the pictures of the nails once I got there my friend. The staff here came out with an umbrella to bring me in so I don't get wet! And they also really took their time and really make me feel amazing. I have now changed my mind and cannot wait for my next pedi!

I hate to leave a poor review, but feel that it is necessary. I had a pedicure and full set done. The pedicure was great, but my full set was horrid. The gentleman doing my nails did not take the time to ask what shape I wanted, and got up to leave twice for about five minutes each time while doing my nails. He paused while doing my nails to clip a couple of his own nails. Paint job was VERY sloppy with polish on and outside of the cuticle. Acrylics were not well shaped, they literally look like someone took bubble gum and stuck it my my finger and tried to shape it like a nail. I now have to go to another salon to have my nail situation fixed. I don’t think I have ever had a full set that looked this bad. Pedicure was great, but I will not be returning to this nail salon.

It's a hit or miss. The pedicure options are great but sometimes staff does the bare minimum sometimes they are great. I go every once in awhile just because its close to me, but I'm sure there are better salons elsewhere. My most recent pedicure is cracking and the color is very patchy so that's disappointing. The man working the check in/out desk is extremely crabby just a heads up.
