I used to come to this salon monthly. Went in there yesterday and absolutely disgusting! I went in for a full set and a pedicure I was told the wait was only 15 minutes so I started to pick my colors. 20 minutes later multiple nail techs are sitting on their phones with their feet up doing nothing besides scrolling and yelling across the room. 30 minutes later I sit down and to start my full set look around and its filthy I walked out and went to another salon. They used to be a great salon I don't know if the management changed but this place is disgusting. Don't waste your time or money

I have been to a few salons in the past, and I really have to say they made my birthday today the best! Shoulder massage, pedicure, and gel nails were perfect and they were so nice and friendly. I got in right away for my appt with my two other girlfriends and we all were treated perfectly. They understood what I wanted and and my feet are sooo soft! Love, will def be back! Thank you!

Wow! I LOVE this place. They really paid attention to the areas on my feet that needed it and everything included in the #7 is worth it. I definitely recommend getting the shoulder message. All for a great price ($39 if you pay cash) I will be back again and again.

I was not impressed there's multiple things during my visit but I did notice that after the fact that the lady that was doing me doing things a lot different I went for the first package which I guess is the best one that they offer and it included a callus removal which is fine so what I wanted lady pulls out the tool and I'm looking at it and it's literally a cheese grater that you can buy from the store which it was stainless steel cool it can be cleaned when she was done she proceeded to take it to the back I guess in her effort to wash it but when she said it down it's still had my foot germs on it and she threw it back in her tool case then it included a leg scrub so she proceeded to scrub my legs and then went to wash off my legs after she did the foot scrub and leg scrub and she was washing my legs off with the dirty water my feet were in and I was thinking that's kind of weird but when I had seen everybody else we're getting their legs or the stuff with clean water from the little spicket in the tub that was the final straw not to mention I got home and my nails we're still wet an hour later.not very sanitary at all or thorough

I went Sunday (2/11) for a brow trmt. I have’nt been there in over a year since being introduced to threading in the chandler mall on the first floor by Macy’s. Anyway I went reluctantly because of the close proximity to my house. The lady who did my brow Placed the waxing agent approximately 3/4 inch above my eyes, did not realize it at the time, and when she gave me the mirror I thought good job even though my skin was “stinging “ I felt it was the fact she did not finish it with oil. When I got home I placed oil, and it was still sensitive, so I placed bacitracin on it and felt some comfort. The next day it was noticible first degree burns, I went to the nail salon and told the manager, he gives me a coupon for another brow, I’ll like I don’t want another brow, I’m telling you this because the technique and where it was applied is not appropriate it that area. He still seem unclear as what to say or do, nice guy but I did not think he understood the big picture. I will keep to threading in the chandler mall where there is no Chance of receiving a FIrST DEGREE burn.

Recently I looked into other nail salons close to my home and I tried it out. Services were great! My tech was super graceful. The pedis were supposed to be put on very perfectly. The shop is very chic and cleanliness. No doubt I will be back here, sure:).

My pedicure took 15 minutes. There was hardly any massaging or hot stone being used- approximately 2 minutes on each foot/leg 27.00 for 15 minutes for a pedicure and 5 minutes of a shoulder massage. When I was seated, there was the lady next to me who got the same package who was in the middle of her hot stone massage, by the time I left, her worker continued to massage her.
The customer apologized for my lack of services.
When I talked with the person at the front desk about my actual pedicure taking 15 minutes, he asked me if I was going to leave a tip. He said he wasn't the owner and there wasn't anything he could do.
As I read the reviews, I am disappointed I had not checked Yelp before I went in.been here in the past though- and had better experiences. The thing is, when I go into a business and pay good money for a service, I want to know what type of services I am going to get. Very disappointing.
Beware! I won't be returning and I told the person at the front desk since he's not making it right, I won't return. He said that's all right.
