LongHorn Steakhouse, Phoenix AZ

We have eaten here many times over the years. We brought our daughter last night to celebrate the last day of school. She and her Dad both order the New York strip, I ordered the filet. My steak was amazing, per usual. Sadly both her steak and my husband's were cooked in something else. Hers looked to be a mustard. My husband's tasted like it was cooked in alcohol. The waitress offered to get them new steaks but they both didn't want to go down that road. I split my steak with my husband and our youngest split his burger with his sister. Manager came and asked how everything was and to apologize. Sadly my husband's potato was rotten on the inside. He comped our meals and apologized several times. Still a wonderful restaurant as everything else was amazing. The staff is always kind and caring.

The service and ambiance was great. The food was meh, you can probably do better at home. Cool place to eat with friends just not worth the extra $$ for a steak.

Favorite place to go even by myself love the staff and the food and the manager is funny I like him!

"amazing. Just freaking amazing. Great food and service. " Says my son. He was impressed. The steak was very tender, the staff was polite, and the atmosphere was good. Pricey, but much better than outback.

If you've never been here I would highly recommend it! They have some of the best steaks there, in my opinion that is.

Zack was great with the mid afternoon service. Food was excellent, me and my buddy love this steakhouse.

Steaks were way too salty. I ordered "crispy brussel sprouts" because I thought it sounded good. I was wrong! If you like "too sweet" where it doesn't fit, then here is your side dish, otherwise I don't suggest it.spent a few hours in the restroom after leaving the restaurant in my hotel room, was not the prep to drive from PHX.to Denver that I was hoping for. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Stopped in for a quick bite and drink and sat at the bar. Bar was full of dirty dishes and drinks when we sat down. Bar center cleared a space for us saying how busy they had been but neglected to remove rest of the dishes. Gross the whole time there was pile of dirty dishes next to us. I've previously waited tables and bartended and it takes literally 2 seconds to clear off a table especially when no longer busy which they were not with only 4 people at the bar

I did a to go order and the food was ok. The order was wrong and the food was cold (I live 6 minuets away). It was burnt a lot.maybe they don’t care since you’re picking up and think you won’t look.

I knew it was going to be a bit pricey but it wasn't too bad, however it was definitely worth more than i paid due to the service and flavors. Sooo good everything cooked to perfection

I feel their wine glasses should be much more extensive. There were only a few cheap wines to pick from. My strawberry salad, pictured, was very tasty. It was a $1.99 upgrade. My filet was cooked correctly however very very salty. The cocktails before dinner had very little alcohol in them if any.

Just had dinner for my husbands bday. I asked for my burger med, came out pretty raw.got another more well done but at least not bloody. Didnt get to eat at same time as my husband. Then waitress asks can I OFFER u a birthday dessert.ok so we picked a mini dessert. (figuring she was giving him free dessert because of our trouble). Everything was on bill

Food was very good. Service seemed like she was a new server. She wasn't on top of things like she should be, and brought us dirty plates for bread to start. We had to stay on top of her from there.

3 of us went, we had 1 medium, 2 med-rare. One of those was well done. I hate not eating together. No comps offered but steaks were very good

I have to say this is my new favorite place for an amazing stake! Will also say the service is pretty amazing too! Definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Really enjoy the atmosphere. Derek was our waiter and did an excellent job.he was on top of everything we needed and recommendations. I had the bone in ribeye I give it a five-star. Appreciated the manager coming around to check on us. Will be back. Highly recommend!

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come and just ask us what we would like to drink. Not a big party. 3 adults and a toddler and a baby. Spoke to two people about nobody coming by to greet us and still nothing. So we left. I like the food there but service is poor.

Osama was our server. By far one of the best dining experiences. He went above and beyond what we expected.

Anything with cheese here is amazing! The mushrooms, the bacon cheddar dip.yum! My husband gets the Longhorn and it's enough to share.

Place is AWESOME and service was outstanding. Food is to so terrific would go back again. Waitress from Jersey was very good.
