LongHorn Steakhouse, Phoenix AZ

Went there on a late afternoon, it wasn't so busy, the staff was friendly and very adamant with customer care and services.

Zach at the bar took my order over the phone and was very polite and well mannered. Great experience! -clay

My wife and I were very happy with our dinners. My steak was very tasty and cooked exactly as ordered. The waitress was very nice and it was an all around great experience.

I found my new favorite steakhouse.

I usually get sirloin, and this place makes the best sirloin steak I've had. It's more seasoned than other places, and for a lean cut it was surprisingly tender.

Despite being very busy for Father's day I still felt like I was served quickly. I'm definitely coming back.

Very nice meat selection, wonderful sides, desserts and starters. Wait staff was great, no issues on our visit. The best thing about this place is that you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. No blaring music, singing staff or loud ambient noise.

For my husbands birthday they took our family photo at our table and had it printed in a plastic frame before we left:) OH and AMAZING food!

Actually was going to a neighboring steak house (Black Angus) but there was no one to seat me. Waited a bit then left. I went nextdoor to Longhorn. So glad I did. Great ribeye, waitress was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was much cleaner and had way more customers. Highly recommended!

Average. Let me break my meal down for you. Steak is salty (one star out of five). Mac n cheese is bland (zero stars). Mashed potatoes were good (five stars). Parmesan chicken was good (three stars).

I visit LongHorn Steakhouse When I visit the valley. I've never had a disappointing experience, the food is always fantastic

Tear it down and start over. It's supposed to be a steak house. Better cuts of meat from Food City. They need to find a real chef, not a burger flipper. Don't waste your time or money.

Amazing food. Hands down my favorite restaurant in Phoenix. Definitely recommend this one the drinks are so bomb and all the employees are amazing and so friendly

Everything about this place was great.made me a perfect margarita it owned up to its name.it was perfect.the steak was to die for.and the service with Eric was great

Service was very slow and we waited for a table to be cleaned for 40 mins. Our food came out cold. The waiter didnt speak very loud. We got no refills

Was truly looking forward to eating there. The appetizers were really good but the steak (an expensive cut) had too much pepper rubbed on it that.my husnand who is a die hard steak guy could not eat it. I also was upset with the waitress who charged me extra for my son's side (fries) that was supposed to come with his meal. We also could not find her when we need napkins and drink refills.so disappointed.

The food is ok bit the value is eh. Logan's had just as good If not better steak for a lot less money.

If you like steak n taters. Good service. Great ambient atmosphere and scent of steak cooking come here.

This location is very inconsistent. I use to dine here regularly but after habing raw chicken served to me on multiple occasions i can no longer recomend this location. The staff is great, the kitchen not so muck.
