Love's Travel Stop, Lake Havasu City AZ

Very disappointed with the Carl's. It was understaffed with in competent people. I ordered a shake and got milk. I don't know how anyone could even mess it up as bad as she did. Don't wast your time here! Just get your gas and go.

Stopped in in the middle of the night and everyone was nice and friendly. The place was clean and the employees were all working on something not standing around hating their job. The food in Carl Jr's is made fresh at night as well.

Beware of shower 5 the shower head is really low so you gotta bend over to be able to wash your head the shower curtains were nasty and had stuff all over them walls were filthy there was trash on floor when I went in and when I tried to tell lady about it she just sorta blew me off like yeah ok

Very rude customer service for a manager who discriminated other skins. And insulting truckers coz of his position n telling costumer to to pilot n says I don't care to people very rude I hope I can show him his place and don't use bad behavior to costumer if you can't b nice or one day some truckers gonna tie him to trailer n give him parking lot round. Bad manager rude disrespecting.i think love's forgot how to hire Manager's who can help loves to grow business.

Would have have it a 5, but no RV dump or water. Had to wait awhile for propane, then he brought wrong key. Had to wait again till he got right key. Oh well, easy in easy out, no hurry.

Absolutely Filthy! Mold and urine accompanied by dirt! Unacceptable. We love love's but these stores that have employees who just don't care are running the name to the ground. I was in the shower room about a hour, I herd people coming and going as well as new numbers being called. The showers were NOT cleaned between customers! Absolutely gross. This store goes on the dirty list marked "not to return"
On top of this the Carl's Jr was a joke. Guy Infront of us waited 30 minutes for his meal because they were out of fries. They made the fries but never gave him his meal. They admitted it but didn't compensate him. My chicken strips tasted like a chemical and it came fresh from the fryer, our milk shakes was more like plain white milk. I even asked them to please make the shakes thick if possible. Won't stop here again! 1-3-18 7pm - 5am 1-4-18

Tim at the semi truck/diesel garage is rock star! No matter how busy he is or what he has going on he is quick to assist you and does it with a smile and a friendly face. Thanks for getting us going to Tim!

Restrooms, 2 of the 4 stalls clogged and borderline overflowing. Expired jerky (slimjim) expired snakes cakes and certain chips. Ordered breakfast at Carl's Jr, loaded burrito looks like it was thrown together and had bits of raw bacon and sausage like it was cooked quickly but not thoroughly. Second time I've been here and this place is being operated poorly.

Good spot to get propane before you cross in the California where everything's Sky High expensive. It took them no time to send a man out to top off my tanks.
It's nice that they have a Carl's jr.and the Subway as well

The stuff they had there was nice. Easy to move around in. It also had a Carl's Jr/Green Burrito and a Subway. I've ate inside the dining room of the Carl's Jr/ Green Burrito before and it's was pretty good and the same as other Carl's Jr restaurants. The only issue I had was in the convenience shop with the public restrooms with the urinal and one of the toilets out of order. There was toilet paper stuck on the toilet seat in one of the stalls. The floor was trashed with toilet paper and paper towels and me and my younger brother also experienced a funny smell with bodily fluids.

Need to get better Columbian coffee.

Barely let me get my seat belt on and she's waving at me to get off the fuel island. Be nice to have time to put my coffee down.

Parkinh is in short supply and high demand. Maybe Loves needs to look into expanding the parking lot.
