I had some problems with a trailer purchase and went back and they made it right was very happy once done

We used curbside pickup. Giving 3 stars because they make you call them when you get there or download their app. The process could be made simpler.

Ann, who works in Lowes" Curbside Pickup did a fantastic job! She helped on the phone and then in person. Very smooth and easy process! I used the Lowes at Higley and Southern in Mesa AZ.

Nobody was ever around to help you with anything and then when you check out the girl she didn't bother to help you either

Do no do any deliveries with the store they have changed to a 3rd party that delivery service does not communicate doenst not show up on time the first delivery they were 6 hours later than there 4 hour window. Then they would leave product with a lock box now there late again and when you call and ask status they tell you they don't know they can't get hold them. In top the the managers at this store are no help the commercial guy who promised me twice no issues is no where to be found. I do alot of business at lowes other locations had to go here cause the appliances shortage in az. But never again. They don't know how to take care of there customers. Stay away drive further and go somewhere else.

Erwin in bldg materials was a great help ripping partical board for me. He even refused a tip.

We have found lowes to have a better selection of fruit and tropical trees and plants for a really good price.

This is the closest Lowe's to our place. We come here when the closer Home Depot doesn't work out. It is a decent store.

Bought a brand new trailer from him and the tail light didn't work and a guy named Zack that work there came out and fixed it and sent me on my way they went way out of their way to make sure that I was happy you rock Zach

For better customer service, go to Lowe's. For lower prices, go to Home Depot. Hands down. The two stores are not even close to each other in each category. Lowes also seems to have the online ordering model down better, from start to finish, which could end up being Home Depot's demise. Lowe's online orders that are delivered to the store are free, Home Depot says theirs' are free, but they are not. More time could be spent training staff about the products.

The lady in plumbing was very rude. Third time I've asked her for help and every time she displays a bad attitude. I don't think she likes her job.

I got a Christmas tree today and 4 workers, MEN, watched me drag it to the register, and then to my car. No one of them asked if I needed help. Not very nice at all.

I'm extremely biased, and home depot is my regular spot. Lowes is great for little diy projects around the house but not for anyone who actually does trade work.

The first store on Queen Creek was excellent a great help but they didn't have what I needed and they found it at another store went there and they were rude and not helpful on Higley it was a waste of time.

It was black Friday they were very organized and plenty of helpful staff available that knew what the availability of the door busters products.

Great. Always find all I need and the new purchase online and store pick up make it easy for fast purchases.

My wife and I were at Lowe's looking to purchase an appliance package.there was no one there to help us so we left.we were looking and comparing brands and prices for about a half hour and still no one.

Make sure what you pick up to buy actually has a readable scan code on it or be prepared to wait and hope no one waiting behind you knows your name.

We really like this location. John curry spent I'm sure an hour with us in bathtub showers and vanity area. Printed off the information that we needed to take home, absolutely Pleasant would deal with him again.
