Drove from East Mesa all the way down to West Chandler to pick up some blinds that none of the other stores had finally got what I was looking for and they were very helpful in finding the right size took it to another store closer to my house to have it cut down to where I needed it all in all Loews usually has good service as they did this time

Recently stopped to buy batteries and when I had asked for some assistance the employee stated not his department and called someone over. Now I don't mind that he called someone over but having been in the retail business before I know the importance of being cross trained in more than one department for this exact reason, to give great customer service. Besides that I have never had any negative experiences at Lowe's and will continue to make purchases there.

If I could give a "0" I would. All the 20 something boys in the store were to lazy to help a 57 year old woman with 12 boxes of flooring. Manager Jessie finally helped. After 30 years of working in customer service, God help us all with these spoiled brat children masquerading as men. No work ethic, no manners.

Had to return items forgot receipt would not return. I did lucky find receipt to return but think the point blank refusal of return was not what I would expect. No receipt I get but other places give you a store card with credit not a piece of paper to email someone to maybe get a refund NOT COOL

Any Lowes is so much better than Home Depot. Employees know their products, which isle items are located on and price match.

I like Lowe's because of the quality of their products and pleasantness of the staff. And they still give a military discount, unlike the orange store. Thank you!

This purchase was just flowers in the Lawn & Garden but great selection. Prices were very good as well as the quality.

Lowes is my favorite home improvement store. Nice, clean, hepful staff, love their brands, tools section is killer. Usually have my small random parts needed for the job.

Good service, just wish they had cashiers rather than those lame self checkouts. Half of them never work. I personally avoid them and go straight to the single cashier on duty.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for counter tops and they tell me today that there was a mistake the supplier didn't receive the order. I Paid in advance for the order 685.00. They really need to st e p up their game. Very unsatisfied with their service.

Been applying for jobs there a few months back and had and interview at the Lowe's by Chandler Blvd and 202 loop.
No calls emails letters informing me if the job was filled. Most likely was filled.
Thats what it's like when younger management takes control.
No more Lowe's for me!
Home Depot has my vote from here on. Can see why Home Depot ranks much higher!
