Lowe's Home Improvement, Casa Grande AZ

Staff is helpful and friendly, but not consistently knowledgeable. Still, better than Home Depot, where you get neither help nor knowledge.

I alway’s like going to the Lowe’s in Chandler reason being we do not have one in Maricopa. But in case of an emergency I once in a while I do go to the Lowe’s in Casa Grande. But I always forget how discriminating they are at that Lowe’s. Worst thing is they all think they know everything but they have NO idea what they are talking about. A Slum town with Bias workers with hardly any help! NO STAR’S

This Lowe's location in Casa grande, Arizona, is always clean and very well stocked. The staff are always nice and friendly and don't bother you while you're shopping, but are at your your side ASAP if you need help.

Much better because when you ask for help it was hard to get good help n it seems like now their doing better.
They do wear their Masks n are friendly so Good Job!

No salesperson in department or walking atound. I waited for 15 minutes and left. Went to Home Depot to purchase 3 major appliances

Have never shopped Lowes but it looked like they have everything Home Depot does. Clean and organized.

Horrible, they sold me a water heater that wouldn't work and I called three different plumbers who said they wouldn't work on it because it has such a high failure rate. Why would anyone sell someone a water heater that is so bad nobody will even try to repair it. I have had this water heater for three days.

I am always there just to look around, sometimes I actually make a purchase here and there, They are always friendly and helpful.

Now with Lowe's every time I go through their doors someone asks me what I'm looking for and shows.me to where I need to go! Excellent rating as far as I'm concerned! Hallelujah AMEN!

Very predictable, I always shop prices between them and home depot. They are usually next door to each other anyway.

Received great customer service at the door Dept.super efficient and friendly, Cliff even rekeyed the locks for us.

I prefer Lowe's in CG over Home Depot. In the evening they still have cashiers unlike Home Depot. I don't want to self check if I have a bunch of items. The staff at Lowe's are friendly and I find the store to be incredibly well organised. Many of the hardware items in Home Depot are shoved in the wrong slots and find that to be the case with different stores. The error never seems to be in the customers favor.

This is our store for sure. With owning a home there is always things to do. Recently we utilized the paint department and both people who help us was friendly, motivated to help us, and smile the whole time.

Was not please with the way costumer service treated me and my spouse, on a warranty. Return said one thing and then they changed there mine. On it it was very poor service thinking of not going back.

Standard big box home improvement store just like Home Depot except they don't have self checkout which means I go to Home Depot, who does have self checkout. I don't understand why these store put in 6,7, or 8 checkout lines when they only have 2 (besides the pro desk) open at any given time unless it's late, then your down to one.

Helpful employees with great personalities, I was able to get what I needed and be on my way in a short period of time.

Every employee I passed or interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Nice selection of plants and cactus. Home Depot on the other hand had little selection and plants didn't look healthy. Staff not helpful. Lowe's was great!

Bought a evaporative cooler, (web sight said that store pickup was not available.) I assumed they were out of stock on the one I wanted. Called and they had 6. When I got there couldn't find anyone to help me as the units were up on a self so had to go to customer service. Got what I was after but was kinda of a hassle.

Nice clean store with all the products you would expect from such a large chain such as Lowes. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Always look for the clearance plants they go from $1 to $5. I got $100 worth of plants for $10 whoot! Whoot! They just needed some TLC
