26People are rude. Took the “Head Cashier” three times of me telling her that the security door I ordered was not an online order and that I already paid for. Took 22 mins to get the customer service cashier to find my door when I told her what manager called me to come get the door. Cliff lied about my door when I ordered. Not pleased.
Went shopping for a door stopper and as I walked past several employees on my way to the isle I was looking for, not one person asked if I needed any help. Customer service there needs improved. I find what I need due to the vast selections and the place is clean and organized but the employees ruin it for me.
Lowes is great, wirhe exception that every time i go there, my purchases are rung up incorrectly, the pricing is never correct and always created a delay while someone has to go look up what the real price is.
You have to keep track of the pricea of what you are buying or you will get incorrectly charged.
Yesterday it was 10.00 overcharged.
Don’t hire this Lowe’s to do any contacting work! After taking my uncle’s money, they made them wait two months for installation, did a terrible job, then refused to fix the problems. Work called out on the contract was not performed, a shower was incorrectly installed, grab bars, which were supposed to be installed, were not. Shoddy workmanship including leaving old hardware mounted on the wall, leaving holes in the wall, etc. If I could post photos of their poor work, I would.
The wood we got was bad an, when we went to return the broken piece their stock was low or gone on anything I could use.
Went to Home Depot
I asked 5 different if they had water coolers, got 5 different answers and never did find any. Asked another about boards to put under my box springs. He said I needed 1 boys which I knew that much. He kept right on walking and didn't even tell me where I could find them. At 69 years of age, I really didn't feel like walking every wood isle since I had been all over the store looking for the water coolers!
