Macy's, Mesa AZ

I go for a Clinique face cream and t-shirts. Not sure the cream is worth $73. While their t-shirts are excellent quality they are the same designs as last year. I prefer V necks and there aren't any.

In the month of December 2020 I bought a Guess brand wallet for my Wife in the Macys store in Mesa Arizona, the quality is horrible, the material is the worst, the side has lost its color and in all the joints.friends should never buy women's wallets from the Guess brand, it is a scam that seems to be made of cardboard, it is a robbery, they are scoundrels.
Macys are also responsible for selling these trash wallets.

Looking for specific item, easily found. Was on sale and was given and extra discount. Sun is a great employee to Macy's. CEO of macys should recognize her and provide her with a pandemic bonus of at least $1000.

Honestly kinda empty, only about half the product on shevles, and half the departments look bare

This store didn't have a lot of in-store inventory. They had some great deals in the clearance section. I had to order online to get my size.

We realized that you get better deals online than in the store. Plus it feels like inventory is lacking lately.

Macy's has great prices and great deals. They're located at a lot of the larger malls so there's always a Macy's it's very close to me. Living here in Phoenix it is very convenient to find all these wonderful locations for great deals

Always liked Macy's but, it seems they're leaning heavily towards their online traffic because there's a lot of items that are only sold online.

Nice clothes, lots on sale. Couldn't find any hoodies without zippers though. What Christmas is left is now 75% off.

I must not have looked like I wanted to spend any money because the people at the watch counter just ignored me

Selection of clothing was great. Items were all over the place and no one was folding items or restocking. To be the Christmas season, staff wasn't very helpful or attentive to customers as no one sales associate asked if I needed assistance. Honestly, I don't even recall being spoken to as I walked past several associates.

The young lady that helped us was awesome. She went above and beyound to help us find what we were looking for. They were out of the product except the display, but explained how they it worked to be sure it was what we wanted. None of the stores around us had the product so she ordered it and it was shipped to our door. Service was excellent! Thanks Macy's!

Largely a bathroom visit. Super clean, btw! Lots of excellent sales going on, it is Christmas time at this writing.

Gerry at the Superstition Mall waited on me. I am 85 and get very tired shopping. She helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was wonderful, and I like to give good feedback when I feel an associate deserves it. I told her that I wanted to write a very positive report about her. She told me that her store manager who is Jennifer, likes to see good reviews.

We shopped at several departments and found everything we needed at reasonable prices. All the sales people were very helpful and friendly.

3 different people from 3 different Macy's said they carry Champion brand in women's clothing. Looking for a sweatshirts for my daughter. Even my daughter said they were ridiculous.

Zoey at Macy's is so awesome! I recently bought a new King Size Mattress online, but I had accidentally ordered two of them when I only needed just the one. I lost the receipt and the tracking information for the matress and Zoey was able to help me out with returning the one matress by calling the actual warehouse where it was shipped and was to find the shipping number and was able to get a full refund.

Macy's has become our go-to store for formals and anything difficult to find. We always find something that will work at Macy's.

The prices have gone up and quality of clothing down. But Macy's has been my place to shop for many years and I still find good buys especially when sales are on.

We found what we were looking for with descent prices. When we were ready to check out there was nobody around at and register. After waiting for 15 minutes and actively looking for someone that worked there, a cashier came up with a customer and pushed us to the side so she could ring up her customer. Unless you are going to a commission sales area in this store you won't find anyone that works there.
