Macy's, Mesa AZ

Hard to find store workers in departments to help. Workers not helpful and not friendly. Prices too high

Went to the Estee' Lauder counter to purchase there double wear foundation and they were out of my color and we're also out of the free gift with purchase. Luckily, The lady in Lancome came to help and also gave me a complimentary make-up tutorial and a bunch of free gifts with my purchases.

The reason they did not get 5 stars is because the air conditioning was out on the second floor and it was stifling.

The store appeared almost empty? Went in to find some boy's school uniform shorts and the clerk was very helpful but the clothes Macy's carries seems to be pretty limited.

Found everything needed for a special occasion. Need more floor associates for help finding right departments. Great selection and sizes.

8: 45 pm, registers closed, not a body in sight anywhere on the sales floor. I know times are tough and crews are lean, but that only means that the bodies that are left better be stepping up and covering a lot of territory.

Dressing room was horrible and smelled like feet. When I told the cashier she said "yea I know, there's nothing we can do about it. There's no air flow in there. " Here's a clue Macy's, air freshers, carpet cleaning, candles. I don't care but try something.
