Macy's, Glendale AZ

Our original service person left us hanging. We had to have another service person finish our order. He was excellent! 5 stars for him. Otherwise we would have still been waiting for the first person to come back. Not good.

I can see why Macy's is struggling. They have cut back on number of associates so good luck on getting help. They have become a modern day Zayres.

Worst clothes organization ive ever seen, rude associates and very racist i ve never felt comfortable with their attitudes, will never go there again

Looking for men's clothes. Associates where not helpful, although they were around, they were busy talking with each other. Not very friendly at checkout when I told then I had a coupon.

Great place for a wide variety of jeans, including jean shorts, in quite a few brand names. Large selection of both men's and women's wear. Usually full market price, so name brands can get rather pricy.

Store clerks, super shoppers, were outstanding. Found items I would not have thought to try on. Outstanding service and sales.

I love Macy's but I do not like the clutter in the store. And there are too many exclusions on the coupons

The Walmart of the fashion world. Poor service and when we managed to find someone she was the rudest because she had to check us out. The store was clean and semi organized but ultimately the customer service was what made us a bad experience.

Went there to get suits for work their customer service was wonderful and their prices were reasonable

I love Macy's - I have been going to the establishment since I was 8 yrs old on Cleveland, OH when it was May Co, then Robinson-May & now Macy's. I'm 69yrs old. Clerks are polite, efficient, friendly & very helpful. Thanks Macy's.

I like Macy's. No high pressure sales, but helpful sales people. They tell you about sales opportunities coming up, so you can save some money. I can usually find too many things I like.

Perfume counter employees left their post to go look at shoes. Had to go search out a worker from another counter to buy Tresor, didn't get extra goodies I normally receive.

Really good deal on shoes bought my kids there school shoes because I hate shopping in crowded areas

I always have liked Macys. My 1st credit card was Macys as a young man, I bought my wife a fur coat. Must have been 21 or so. Fond memories of Macy's in San Francisco. This Macys decent lots of merchandise and good merchandising. Prices tend to be higher but if you have coupons with sales you can always save.

In a world where retail stores face stiff competition from online retailers, Macy's seems to do okay. I can almost always find what I'm looking for at this store and for a decent price. I like to physically see and touch the products before purchasing, and it's satisfying to pay and walk away with your purchase instead of waiting for it to show up on a truck and have it dropped on your door step.

Department store in Arrowhead mall. High end producs and reasonable prices but service is not what you would expect.

Jept very clean and has lots of shoes, clothes, jewelry, and makeup for women. Also includes everything for men and all your home needs. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star was because trying to find a register is difficult.
