This location is better at making sure that your mobile app order is correct and is filled properly within a reasonable amount of time.

Never can get my order right I have to go back a few times or just frustrating due to the fact that I have to burn more gas just to go back

Order was wrong back if house was not pleasant but the cashier wss micevand polite. Threw my oil rider away and went to Burger King.

Although the service was good they didn't give me any dipping sauces for my chicken nuggets and they only gave me like two napkins.

The rudest people work there and the bathroom was disgusting, manager did not care when told. The register employee was very dirty and smelled.

Always slow service staff always rude home less has taken over the place and food not up to par with other McDonald's

I am good because they forgot my cheeseburgers and I walk with a bad leg so good never go back again

Their Artisan chicken sandwich actually tastes great, is healthy and doesn't have too many calories. Glad they added something healthy to their menu.

This is like others in this franchise to see nothing good or bad happens to your order. It is as it always is as it was and continue to always be. No changes or surprises in a menu we count on at all million locations to be no different. This is comfort to us all in todays world. This is one company you will be safe counting on for knowing what's comming and be right.

Its got a sweet tea my Grandma loves or trust me truly I'd travel somewhere else cause the staff here is always annoyed and just don't want to help customers

They couldn't get a simple order right and once they did the food was horribly disgusting. Staff was rude.

Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Longest lines and window staff that has no idea what you ordered even after you tell them 2 or 3 times. Hamburger was raw when I got it because they were throwing orders out the door trying to get caught up. Who is managing this place. Will never see me at another one again. Burger King is KING.

Sausage egg McMuffin meal was not good. And it's all I get from McDonald's ever! Egg was undercooked. McMuffin was stale. Never again will I come to this store. If you wanna give your kids a hard lesson on why you don't do drugs. Come here with them at 6AM

This restaurant tries really hard to please their customers, their only downfall is their location as there are very many homeless people which seem to sometimes take advantage of them although they appear to have many customers and therefore it's a work around for them. Their food is always hot and fresh and their people are very hard working and they do a really good job of keeping up with the demands of the volume they work with. Good job folks!

Did mobile pick up, was told the charge didnt go thru they needed my credit card. They forgot to give me my card back and I ended up being charged twice

Many more restrictions than other locations not in the "ghetto". These limitations are customer service impacting.

Don’t have any tables clean and the cashier lady is new to her register our Big Mac was missing the meat. Wish there was a no star

Skid row people hang out here.but perfect location for a McDonald's when leaving downtown Phoenix.

Homeless drug addicts hanging out around the entrance as well as inside the store was dirty. I needed to us the restroom bad idea I'm 46 year old and I chose to hold it and Aunt like it used to be but I'd rather of peed my pants that use the toilet no telling what you might catch. The employees are very nice great customer service skills. McDona

People smashing glass bottles another begging for money.
Scary experience.
