McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

One of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. 2 kids meals took me 18 minutes to get. During none rush times. No-one in the dining room. 6 cars backed up. On a two leave system. Just horrible. Never again

Terrible! I thought McDonald's was a fast food restauraunt! I've been through the drive thru 2 times through the night, where there is no rush hour! Literally took them almost 10 minutes to ask for my order and then, they took 20 minutes to prepare 3 ice cream cones and 2 spicys! I was in the drive thru for a total of 30 minutes! Slowest mcdonalds drive thru ever!

Best there is with nicest most friendliest staff throughout the whole restaurant. I won't eat or purchase any food from any other one. 7th St and Bell. EXCELLENT PLACE

The restaurant was not clean and there was a lot of homeless people around outside, my food was cold and I will not go back there again.

I cant stand McDonalds but having a 7 year makes the convenience of it stupid ignore although your bubble guts will remind you almost immediately as to why you shouldnt eat that.

Slow service, lazy and incompetent workers, I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for two drinks and a cup of ice and they somehow managed to get it wrong

Its Mc Donald's, depending on location you could have homeless in area or wonderful landscape. It all depends on view points. When Your hungry does it matter.

Worst McDonald’s in Phoenix. Last time I came here I said would be the last I don’t know why I didn’t take my own advice. The orders always wrong. Food sucks. Horrible service and attitude. Not to mention if they are not out of bbq it’s ranch if they have ranch there is no catch up. Can one of the bums that live out side just light a match already.

Worst McDonald's ever it smelled like vomit floors were sticky, dirty, flies everywhere just horrible it's On Vanburen what do you expect? And took forever Order #322 20 mins for 3 hot n spicy

They have enough employees to meet the needs of the onslaught of customers! And the food was made to order and fresh!

Late nite wasn't in the mood for the associate to be chatting it up with a customer in the drive thru (if he was a customer) wanted to pay for my food and go home. Honestly not good.

This McDonald's is convenient for my family to go to because its right down the street from our home but every time i go here they mess up our order. The staff is very rude and disrespectful!

Very slow and the managers are rude. The plus is dirty and stinky with all those homeless hanging there all inside and out my advise please go to a different location.

Staff is amazingly pleasant and very attentive. The place might attract a bit rough crowd due to its location but nevertheless they do an amazing job of keeping it clean and service with a smile.

What's to be expected at a fast food restaurant ran by children, and adults who dont really care, food was hard kinda tasted like it had been microwaved because it got cold, I only order 2 things and yet I only had 1 in my bag.

Nothing but rude people at this location! I get it’s late but wow. I couldn’t get over how this employee was speaking to me! Oh and you guys want to get paid more? Hmm try with manners first!

The first thing I noticed but I can't do this McDonald's was how hard everyone was working even the manager was out mopping the floor. He was very very busy there were kids everywhere playing and the employees took the time to walk the food out to the customers in the Playland! The store was very clean, service was prompt, the food was hot and delicious definitely Rick is once one of the best McDonald's I've been to in a long while

And I'm not rating McDonald's restaurant 5 stars. I'm giving this review the 5 stars. Simple as that. As for this wrong medium soda and correct regular burger -> Sorry I lost my appetite and you lost the customer.

As expected McDonald's held up to growing expectations and passed with flying colors, glad they are paying attention to customers.

THE WORST. Between the food being old, customer service rude, and all the nasty crackheads Idk which 1 takes the cake but this is THE WORST MCDONALD'S
