I just went to get a drink and it was almost no syrup in my Dr pepper so I had to drink carbonated water

The people who worked there were nice. Especially, Jose the cashier. He was very patient with me and my nephew.

At the drive thru ordered a deluxe Crispy sandwich 3 time and the employee keeps getting the order wrong. He keep entering Spicy crispy chicken sandwich. When I picked up the order, it was wrong. Not sure how he couldn't get the word deluxe but dont think I will be going back.

Just drive to the McDonald's on northern and 19th. This one will get your order wrong every time.

It's really not that hard to not put picks on something. It's ridiculous to ask me to pick them off. The pickle flavor will still be there from the juices. It's not that hard to give me the coke zero I ordered, instead i get dr pepper. And I have no issues with Hispanic people by any means, but why are you having people that don't speak English taking the orders it's not practical.

Besides some of my other experiences at Mc Donalds. This place was a wonderful treat in comparison.

The workers are brain damaged. Can’t even get 3 simple orders right even after having to repeat it 100 times.

20 or so cars deep in the drive thru but waited in the line for at least 8 minutes. Decided to get out and go to inside counter. After 7.5 minute no one ever came to take mr order although employees walked by a number of times.

Customer service just might be better then the one I work at! ️ Iced coffee was perfect and dt moved fast and store was clean! Definitely will return!

2 or 3 dining room customers, including myself! 10 minutes to get food! Way to much emphasis on the Drive thru, employees need to focus more on customer service!

Varying business line and friendly and I loved her hot and spicy chicken and their McDoubles and their quarterback and Quarter Pounder and Big Mac in a freshly the fries now you know you had you got to be number one

The cashier & staff were. VERY nice & helpful! I would definitely go back to that McDonald's

Not the first time, cold at lunch (then tell you that they are not allow to give cold). Didn't get the correct change after sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins

They always get my food wrong even after i specifically tell them what i want an i check the reciept to make sure its right there. An still its screwed up

The guy taking my order was very rude. They were also busy yet extremely slow. The food was okay, but overall not my best experience at a McDonald's.

The staff was super friendly, my salad was delicious and very satisfying. This location was very clean and very well managed.

Fast service, they are actually clean in the drive-thru very nice and efficient from the window.

Took over 20 minutes to get 2 Egg Mcmuffins and Hot Cakes with sausage. Somehow their monitors never got our order.

Cashiers always forget Something in my Food Order And I Am Standing in front of them, telling them my order and Still forget. Missing food or Cheese is always cold on my burgers. It's Always Clean And Organized but Some of the Cashiers act like they don't know what they're Doing.

The employees seemed depressed. Asked for no lettuce, they put shredded lettuce on top of a lettuce leaf.

It is close to home. As EVERYTHING has gone up, price-wise they now do bring you your food if dine in. Fries were not as hot, but satisfactory.
