McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

This is a very busy McDonald's they clearly do what they can to keep it clean but it could be cleaned a little bit better in the corners and the kids area. Not too bad but it smells like old cleaning products inside. It's very busy. You need to be careful when ordering and double check your receipt as soon as it's handed to you. There are many mistakes made at this McDonald's otherwise it's okay.

They told us to wait we waited while they served other orders we got ours once the line slowed down

They remodeled this McDonald's it has a new play place and seems like more seating. The staff is friendly and food is good. The place is busy and is a little messy but other than that it is a nice McDonalds

Service is terrible, employees are rude and disrespectful, and very stingy with condiments and napkins, when I asked for more napkins and salt and pepper, they gave me 2 napkins, 2 salt packets and 1 pepper, when I had ordered 2 of their breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns.ridiculous.

Gave me the wrong order, when i told them about it they asked me no kidding "were you satisfied? " My reply no because now im in traffic and i dont want to eat what they gave me

Manager was assisting customers with electronic order screens and apologized to another customer whose order was incorrect. The manager offered to make it right with a free additional item or drink. Very rare customer service.

Why am I being ushered to the kiosk when I want to put my order in. Then when I pay cash I have to go to the counter any way. Very dumb and a waste of time

Food is okay staff is okay but service sucks because they move so fast they mess up your order. Which I understand it's a fast food restaurant but damn 8t was a lot.

Drive thru was very fast and my order was fresh and accurate, even though I changed it the window last minute.

This location is overrun with beggars and homeless people. They are prone messing up your order and then making you feel like you're inconveniencing them by asking them to fix it. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile to the next McDonald's up the road.

The Pico Grilled Chicken Sandwich is my favorite at McDonald's right now! Along with the Strawberry Banana Smoothie!

This is McDonald's, it serves the same food as other McDonald's. I will say though that this is a busy location so there is a good chance you have to wait, but that also means you get fresh food, which is always a welcomed sight.
