McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

You will be told to pull to the side, and they will begin your order, and even when they bring your order out, they will still mess your order up. I try to avoid going here because it fails. You will end up pulling to the side even an mc flurry.

So my brother and I came here because the Waffle House across the street was "Closed" that's a whole different rant that you can read on that their review section, regardless, we stopped for breakfast and the food was great! It was fresh, hot, and made well.

Although, my brother and I did not appreciate the staff and here's why. We drive a very large moving truck for our job, it cannot go through the drive-through. So we tried to go inside, the store hours were posted on the door. Today was 5am open lobby. It was 5: 45am, so we attempted to open the door and it was locked, so we knocked and waited for someone to come open the door (there were customers inside already so we assumed someone forgot to unlock it).

We were then told (from a worker on the inside from across the lobby) to use the drive through, to which we had to signal from outside that we could not use the drive through due to our vehicle. She then unlocks the doors and tries to tell us that the lobby is closed, which I would've understood if there were signs letting guest know that, but there was not anything of the sort. After going back and forth she reluctantly let us In so we can order. And we got attitude and rushed the entire time. So I was not happy with the staff but they did get the food out quickly and well made. So that's why I gave it 3 stars.

I'm going through the drive through and the line did not move in 20 minutes, I call and they told me that they were going to close for the day and that there was no enough personal to take care of customers. All this on a 24 hr. STORE.

Verydissapointed people didnt want to take my order last night pased thrue the drive thrue twice and the workers made like 2 different excuses to not take orders not just me but other cars as well.very bad young guys that dont want to work smh

Doing a pick up for work was easy! They confirmed the order quickly BEFORE I could take it out to deliver.

This McDonald's is always out of what you want. You want a shake, they're out of ice cream. You want chicken strips they promote as being the healthier choice, oh, but they're out. I'm pretty sure they have been out since COVID started. They really must have a complete moron running this store.

There is no reasonable explanation for why the drive thru at this location always takes more than 15 minutes (usually longer!) to get through. The footprint for the drive thru lanes is bad, not fitting many cars and leaving cars with rear ends ripe for fender benders. But that just makes coming here dangerous as well as inconvenient. Truly incompetent management to run this slowly.

Very slow and most inside have an attitude and or ignore you! Food isn't fresh and usually fries are cold and old!

Today is feb 21 2021 Around 9: 30 am. To the gentlemen running the food out to cars waiting. Your doing a great job man im sorry for being impatient but non of my comments werent meant for you. I know they were yelling at you inside but its not your fault bro. They should help you out frfr. I hope you have a better day

Inside is very dirty but they go really fast so there's that other than that the staff are very nice and try to get the job done

Not the best. At all. Many visits but I'm done. Too long of lines, especially if you get sent to wait in front of Mc Donalds. 36 minute wait for 10 nuggets and a small fry. Got a refund. Never going back. Maybe try another close by?

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickles no onions i only got buns & 2 pickles in each burger with no meat patties smh

Very rude and impolite they messed up the order and then the manager got snappy with me because i wanted it fixed

I ordered a oreo mcflurry with a few other drinks through the drive through and after i left found hairs inside my mcflurry when i started to pull out spoon inside and thats not acceptable at all

Wish there was a negative star. Overpriced, horrible burger, dirty, out of condiments, terrible service. Why people eat there is beyond me. Wal-Mart why have the worst hamburger chain in your store?

This McDonald’s on 35th ave and Peoria is trashy and so is the staff. They can’t get any orders right. The manager is really unprofessional and rude. She should really get retrained or fired. Not sorry to say but they lost my business. Congrats McDonalds you guys suck.

This particular McDonalds is a little different. Seems there are always homeless people in there. Sometimes they can be a little noisy. But ALWAYS, they stare at you! The tables aren't clean, usually. The napkins and catsup are sometimes missing/absent. Their food is good, though. Just not a good place to dine, though.

I ordered 6 bacon McDoubles and two large mocha frappes waited 45 minutes for the burgers and the mocha frappes were all mushy melted not like a frappe should be

Bread was burnt and hard on the egg mcmuffins. Waited a long time around the corner for the food. Not great.

Visit to the current Mcdonalds was under par to say the least. Staff under stress, not happy, and slight rudeness.
