On the slow side in the drive thru. If you're in a hurry, wrong place to go. Need faster workers during the rush hours.

They need to hire more staffing for the overnight shift. Wait times range between 15-25min in the drive thru. Sometimes I'll even drive to a Mc Donald's a little further away just to avoid this one.

They're always nice and my son loves the playplace. 4 out of 5 because being inside just gives off this feeling of "stickiness" to me.

Poor customer service and I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru on many occasions. But if you want cold fries at all hours of the day, this is the perfect place

Although the line was kind of long and took a few minutes to the drive-through the food was actually amazing and brought me back to when I was a kid because it had the same flavor So in hindsight the wait was work well worth it

Nationally on he McDonald's menu on the 2 for 5$ deal includes a Quarter Pounder with cheese, but apparently not at this location.pretty weird. I asked 2 people why and I got pretty much a blank stare. Augist 21.ok so an update.there are discrepancies on various websites as to whether or not this sale includes the QPWC.and now I know.no one is certain.

Very slow service. There was at least 7 people in line and the employees paid no attention to the customers. TACO BELL IS BETTER!

The worst service I have ever had took 1 hour to get food after I ordered. As soon as it turns 10 pm bathroom doors get lock so hope u don't have to pee. Not to mention the staff are so rude and inconsiderate I will not be wasting my money there again.

My roommate banned our whole family from coming here even tho it's the closest mcdonalds because its THAT BAD.we'd rather drive to thunderbird

I have never received stellar service at this location but and tonight was no different. They couldn't sell us a McFlurrie because the machine was broken. It's always something. The manager was polite though and have us our drinks for free.

30 min wait in drive thru at 3pm. Temp in drive thru approaching 120. Truck overheating, cheese burger cold.this is fast food? Not the first time long wait will be last.

You can give people more then 1 package of ketchup you cheap @%$#. And quite acting like it's such a burden to service people. Rude!

Horrible service.ordered 1 qtr pounder at 12: 38. Did not get my order until 12: 58.20 minutes and I had to bring it to the attention of the person completing the orders or who knows how much longer i would had to wait.the place wasnt even that busy.slowest service this side of the Mississippi river.

This is the WORST McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to In my life, no customer service I’ve waited over an hour for my order on more than 3 occasions and when I ask what can they do about the waiting inconvenience one of the managers Brenda I guess is her name says she can and will do nothing. I’ve had windows slammed in my face change flung into my hands. I just waited an HOUR for my coffee.just one coffee and nothing was done about the inconvenience. I work in the fast food industry and this is NOT how your customer service should be. Your workers and managers have no potential and this store needs under new management. Never coming back to this location after being a customer for 5+ years

Straight doo doo. Took 30 min to get a quarter pounder meal and the smoothie and shake machines are broken the McDonald’s app doesn’t work here bad customer service!

So the drive through is a joke. They ask you to pull away from the window to wait for your food at a parking spot so they can check off your order as received. Than you weight a long time to get it. If they tell you to park tell them no and that you will wait at the window. If they want to get food out fast at a fast food spot than hire more help so you can get the job done. This is happening at tons of McDonald's.

This McDonalds is the closest to our house but we would rather drive 3 miles away to a mc Donald's that has some sense of customer service and an almost guarantee that I won't spend 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Servicd was slow fully staffed yet couldnt get orders correct many ppl waiting for a long time amd when they got there food they got the wrong items.my 5 mcflurrys kept being over looked

Very poor experience. Always check your food when going through drive thru to make sure your order is there.

Some other car butted in on the double lane and got my order. The lady at the window had me pull up and then I got a new burger and drink. She apologized but it was not her fault. Other cars at the drive thru need to be patient and wait their turns also. It was good.
