Great customer service! Had a Mcdonalds ap issue claiming a reward and they fixed the issue like a boss. This is a great McDonald's and we stop here every time we are on our way to Payson.

Update: Now there ice cream machine is broken and they are getting a new one next week. They have been getting a new one next week for months. You want to get paid $15 an hour but you can't get an order right or make a shake for a kid? Good luck!

This location can never get an entire order correct. Literally, never. It's always something. This time we got drinks and its just carbonated water (which tastes disgusting, btw) because changing the soda box is too complicated I guess.

Extremely slow service. Only customer in the restaurant. Drive thru was not busy. Yet it took 15 minutes to get our order

This particular location is fast with the drive through service. Their also very friendly. Great place to go, on the run?

Closes 30 minutes earlier than they should. Money is money, business is business. Tired of hearing " We close early. " Mcdonald's is always busy, quit lying and cutting sales. Real pathetic management, fix it, thanks! Lyft drivers matter in the night.

Well if you don't mind a hair in the egg's are a few in the cheese then stop in. And you don't want hair in your food ask them to shave the cheese. Nasty when this happens but it happens toe 3 times so I put them on the 3 strikes so I will never return.

Why dont the employees wear hair nets? Just thinking of all the free falling hair around the food disgusts me.

They advertise breakfast all day, EXCEPT most items.
2nd review 12/25/2020 If there was a minus choice that would be my choice. Now there is 1 (one) breakfast item all day. I am done with McDonald's.

Here at 12: 30 lights are on car and parking lot but nobody's on the microphone or at the window

Avoid at all costs. Drive the extra mile to the store on the corner if Thunderbird and 43rd Ave.
Even with the extra drive time you will get better food, sooner.

Definitely not open 24 hours. Just spent 10 minutes in drive thru and I saw people doing nothing

Needed something fast and not greasy. They do have that option. Sometimes I just don't have time. It works for me.

The people who work here are some of the most rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional people on the planet. I was running late to an appointment to which turned into a family emergency, and they wouldn’t make it possible for me to get out of the backed up drive thru.

They are CONSTANTLY unprepared for busy times of the day, and regularly have incorrect or undercooked orders.

The evening shift is beyond terrible, rude and completely without leadership. Good luck getting fresh food and or treated decently after 10: 00pm.

Ladies soap dispenser broken for who knows how long now and their touching food. Anyone working in the food industry knows you wash your hands BEFORE going back to work and NOT where your food is being made. No working Dr Pepper, Sprite loaded with another soda, serving nuggets fried in old oil and a filthy dining area. No thanks I will not be back. Called corporate so no-one else gets sick! DISGUSTING! I cannot believe this place is open.

Very bad customer service!
The food was not fresh, it wasn't even wrapped, messed up my order twice, didn't throw away the sandwich that was wrong saved it to give to someone else. And it was very messy, tables had stuff still on them, I felt like there was a film whenever you would slide your finger across the table, person up front was not doing her job correctly!
Which is very disgusting, I recommend not to waste your time here!

Asked John in the drive-thru if a quarter pounder with cheese+a sweet tea was under five dollars, as all I had on me was a five dollar bill. He checked and told me it would be $5.85. (I might be off by a few cents.) I told him I would just take the quarter pounder then. He then happily covered the cost of the sweet tea for me. Small gestures like this make a huge difference and matter the most when it comes to customer service. Thank you John, I'll be back.

Best McDonald's I've been to as far as really nice and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my experience here.

Nice staff, friendly, gets your order correct and their dining tables have a great center piece reminds you of casual dining at home.

Very clean, computers to play on for kids although not a playplace, still entertaining. Great customer service and the employees seemed to be having a ton of fun during a slow time. Amazing!
