McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

This is the busiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Its right down the street from my house so I go for a quick snack or just to get drinks but honestly gonna start going elsewhere. Everytime I have been to this particular location it is always very busy.

The kiosks are weird and in a weird spot. This place has a crazy busy drive thru and their loby and interior is actually in poorer condition than you'd expect for this part of town. Their customer service is excellent and they are friendly as can be. Ask for more salt on your fries, they don't know how to do that: -/

I decided to come to McDonald's this morning which is not one of my best places to go to eat. There's a manager name at here it has poor customer service and does not know how to talk to his employees I highly suggest if they get rid of him and screen their future managers. I was trying to do zero stars but I have to do one just to post this

Ok if the worst McDonal. Not sure what they do, but there good always tastes bad. Could be because they don't care about expiration dates? We got this a couple days ago. Just went to give to the kid and noticed it expired in 2016. Wow

My mom and I went through the drive thru, and we received very stail and cold fries. We than pulled around and my mom went in to get a fresh batch of fries. Two employees were throwing food at each other, sticking there hands in the fries, grabbing handfuls and putting them back in the bags. Very poor service and unprofessional staff.

Be in this neighborhood for 5 years. This McDonald's has a day and night side. The day side is great, the night side means a 20 min wait in the drive thru only to get your food cold. I guess the cook can't read since I never get my extras that I ask for on my food. Come on McDonald's, set it up or I'll go to the one on 43rd and tbird (better service and a lot faster)!

Not a 24 hour Mcdonald's wait for 10 minutes to have some take my order no one took my order or anything also none of the employees had a headset on they where busy mopping please change your sign that says your drive through is open 24 hours if you are not open 24 hours and also please have your employees where a headset to let someone know if you are not open 24 hours or to have them take someone's order so that way people are not waiting 10 minutes or more just to find out that none of your employees are wearing a headset and that they are mopping and can't even be bothered to say something to a customer or tell them that you aren't a 24 hour mcdonalds and let know where a 24 hour mcdonalds is at I would be happy to give a better review if the service wasn't bad and If you change your 24 hour drive through sign other than those issues the food is pretty good and in the past the services was pretty good until recently

The manager Cameron was so friendly and completely catered to all my needs. He went above and beyond to serve me. I keep coming here even when I'm not hungry just to see his smiling face. His service stuck out to me in ways I couldn't even imagine. You should promote him to whatever it is above his job title. I asked him about the status of my food, and he ever so kindly replied " they're making it right now" his kindness is beyond recognition.

Eh there's another McDonald's down the street on 43rd n thunderbird much better service! Plus this location seems to always have their ice cream machine "down"

No problem here.ordered on the app. Arrived to pick up.and this location was busy when I arrived. Seems they had a kick azz crew tonight. Kudos for the employees!
