Good quick friendly service This place is busy but good time for drive thru and curbside and hot fries and food and great McCafe or reg coffees!

Today I was very dissatisfied with my stop there. I had picked up one of my grandkids from school and had the other 2 with me. It was drive thru as I was in a hurry to get to the airport. I had ordered the chicken nugget bundle meal. Halfway to the airport my grandchildren found a hair in the food box and I didn't have time to go back and return the meal. We couldn't eat food that had hair in it.

Some people are rude but some people are nice they do not respect there customers most of the time

Customer service stinks bad these days. But at this location they were all awesome kind and efficient. Very hard to find great customer service. Good job yall

Awful McDonalds compared to the others in Tucson. Did a mobile Drive-Thru order. Went to the second and had to wait 5 minutes while the first lane went. Was told to go to the first window. First window immediately told me to go to the second window. Second window told me I didn't complete the order even though I've done this a billion times. Manager told me to reorder as pick-up after waiting 10 minutes in the line.
The point of a mobile order is to save time, not making me wait 15 minutes for nothing.

Breakfast: friendly and helpful at 5 AM, and super fast. As in, by the time I pulled my card out of the reader, a bag with my four biscuits was handed to me. McD's isn't the healthiest, but it's convenient and cheap.

It's McDonald's. You know what to expect. Also, only the drive through is 24 hours. The dining room closes at midnight. Not sure when it opens.

Went late at night. I think they were understaffed. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and they still messed up our order.

Getting so expensive to eat at McDonald's spent 18.00 two meal deals for 2 dollars more could have went to Shooters and got a 1/3 pound Chuck burger wish there was a Red Robin on speedway and swan instead of 8 miles away

If you want a different definition of a vanilla coffee every time you order one, then this is the place to go. Creamer and vanilla, but no coffee. Black coffee with no creamer or vanilla. Don’t make the unfortunate mistake of being brave and ordering a peppermint mocha, aka, crest toothpaste and a pound of sugar mixed into black coffee. The drive through service is painfully slow and either mediated or exacerbated by the attendant you get when you order. One older man who works there is usually fast and on the ball. However, we also routinely interacted with employees who seemed irritated to be alive. They also were immensely confused about any orders we placed on the mobile app and had to have management come and put the order through almost every time. Definitely go elsewhere.

Place was clean. Food was hot and they have a person that walks around to ask if everything is good. Nice place.

Dear God, this has been apparently basically across the street (OK, maybe six little neighborhood blocks: same deal) from my house for like 15 years, and this is the first time I went. I didn't get any food - I was picking up what passes for a milkshake for a friend - but I have had this food before when I was like a teenager, and it's disgusting! You feel sick, and it continually revisits you, and the rest of the day you just feel rotten. How can these places still be in business? Do most Americans secretly want to commit suicide? "Guys, I know what we should do! Let's go to McDonald's and kill ourselves by increments! " Noooooooooooooooooo! Step back from the ledge, and instead of jumping let's all go get some oranges and cucumbers and hazelnuts! Omnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnom

Omg this McDonald's can not get it right.ingot a coffee and a biscuit and the manage or the blue short gave me anymore bag and the wait is just not right stay away for McDonald's know speedway and alvernon

The Mcnuggets were flat look like they were ran over by a truck. The drys were warm could have been better. Useley better service and food at any other McDonalds

I really like this McDonald's because the food always tastes freshly made. I've only gone through the drive through in the evening around 3-6 time frame. Usually is busy but yummy.

Worst group of employees I've seen in a while. Food was cold, cheese burger and the cheese was cold and not melted. Manager was rude and should be fired. Will not be back. I'll spread the word.

I find the prices not worth the product, and frequently receive sandwiches made incorrectly, but they are fairly consistent at offering food cooked correctly and actually delivering what was ordered, unlike other locations of McDonald's I have been to.

My last visit here took over 15 minutes to get through the line and they were not so busy.very disorganized in general. I hope this was a one time thing as they were pleseant and friendly.

It took them almost 10 minutes to get our drive-through order. They said they just had to make one more sandwich, and we were directed to pull forward to the pick-up sign. And then they forget about us. We had to go in to get our food. Very dissatisfied.
