Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
37Seems to always be busy but line moves fairly quickly. Order has been accurate and staff friendly. Typical McD's.
Very very horrible store. Rude employees working & when I asked for fresh food they served me the same exact food. Not impressed. I will be talking to the general manager.
Every time with Mc Donald's doesn't matter which location. They mess up the order or don't give you everything you paid for.
Wow looks this is great news if you no time to cook go to McDonald's you will get a nice food for you guys I like it thank you very much God bless
Upon arriving at this location, I was accosted by what I thought was a homeless convention! There is a serious problem in Tucson regarding the homeless and city officials are sweeping it under the rug but businesses are being directly affected by their actions. The service was great.smiles all around and efficiency!
This is the WORST McDonald's that I've been to in Tucson. The food is rarely freshly prepared so it's stale and violates the franchise standards of quality control. Ie: the fries are cold and hard, the fish sandwich is premade so it's soggy, not crisp. Hamburgers aren't hot. Food this old is supposed to be discarded. Today I witnessed an employee use her bare finger to push frozen liquid back into the serving cup, which is a health code violation, in addition to being disgusting. No one appeared to have gloves on.
There is a constant turnover of employees with training done inappropriately during lunch rush. Management allows undesirables to hang out in the dining room and harrass other customers for money, pens, favors, etc.i understand that the Alvernon corridor is probably a higher crime area and with a presumably lower socioeconomic clientele, but it's also near Sam Hughes and higher end housing. I just think the franchise owner's here are neglectful of this store. Corporate really needs to intervene.
After my umpteenth lousy experience going to this location, I'll be driving the extra distance to a better McDonald's not owned by these franchisees.
The environment is not very clean. The service is slow. The employees don't seem to have the training to effectively executive their jobs.
Every single time I've visited this McDonald's my fries have been cold and unsalted. The one time they managed to serve hot fries, they somehow managed to burn all of them? The fries are never filled to the top in a large fry and you get the same from a medium, you're just paying more the same thing.
Oh and their ice cream machine and mixer are ALWAYS "broken". Basically code word for they're too lazy to clean it because it's a hassle. If you want better quality, visit the one on 22nd Street and you will have much better experience.
Their was homeless people washing in the bathroom.people gotta do what they gotta do but they were rude and hostile about it too
I don't typically eat at McDonald's I went through there for my boss to me if you want a good case of the s**** have a big Mac I think it's something in the meat or that secret sauce it isn't so digestive tract friendly
Drive through does take forever sometimes, been like that for years. Sometimes when you pull up to the drive through, no one will answer for several minutes. What are they doing in there? Getting high in the freezer most likely. And they never have ice cream or pies. It's because they're too lazy to make them!
The fresh burgers are REALLY good. They really kicked it up a few notches. The cheap stuff is still gross though
Dirty place with rude employees including the manager. They can't get a single order right, the restaurant is very dirty. I know that it's just McDonald's but come on now. When they tossed me the brown bag for a dine in I felt like I was eating out of thrash.
This is one of the poorer McDonald's locations. Inside floor is frequently sticky, and there are plenty of "unsavory characters" lingering inside and around the building.
Good service. Just too dirty outside the building, dirty Mike and the boys always out there turning up
Every time I go to McDonald’s I immediately regret it. I mean from the moment I step foot back in the parking lot I feel like a total piece of garbage for making such poor decisions in life. This then leads me to think about all the other poor decisions I have made in life and I start to wallow in self pity and devolve into a puddle of tears before I even reach my car. So just save yourself some sorrow and don’t eat at McDonald’s. The self service kiosks are cool though.
Stories usually dirty. Most of the staff doesn't speak English. The parking lot usually not clean. I wouldn't allow my kids to play in their play area because it smelled like throw-up. I reported it and it took over 45 minutes for anyone to come clean it. Just a shame. The food was cold. My children's chicken nuggets or Raw. Just a bad experience.
