McDonald's, Mesa AZ

I have to give props for tonight - cook and cashiers who worked tonight a HOLIDAY July 4th 2021 @ 1230AM! Yall were amazing the food was fresh and very hot, perfection and everything was so so good. I never am able to leave a good review for McDonald's and I'm so happy to be able to write up something positive like this, wonderful job guys and thank you.

I went through the drive thru to purchase a pink lemonade slushee & an iced coffee. When I got my drinks & drove off my husband noticed a dark slimy like thing on the inside side of the slushee cup. He didn’t think much of it, instead thought it was the caramel drizzle that had mistakenly been put into the slushee. When he took a sip he spit it out immediately & described the slimy substance to taste & feel like a lougee. I tried calling the store & management but could not get through to any1! I would definitely not recommend coming here! Who knows what they do to the food. There was also a time I purchased a hot n spicy & while eating I felt popping in my mouth as f I ate a bug! I rate zero stars.

When I was a kid McDonald's is my favorite place to go I love the Big Mac things have changed so much a Big Mac doesn't even look the same so it's not my favorite anymore I don't like their food the only reason I go is to get my dog's a hamburger that's it on the dollar menu

McDonald's was awesome I wish I can go there everyday? It's so the McDonald's meal is so good give McDonald's some credit

I liked being able to order my food through the self service kiosk and have it brought to my table.

I ordered the double bacon smokehouse and it gave me good poisoning. Never eating here or at any other McDonalds again.

I came here at 12: 40.20 minutes before the closed. I got old fries that weren't even warm. Sandwiches were nasty and not cooked well. Very disappointed.

The floor was so sticky that your shoes stuck to it. Flies all over dive bombing our heads and food. There were ants all over. Had to have order corrected.

Food is as expected, but service is slow. Inside and drive-up. Have tried a few times, even spoke the with someone representing the restaurant.

Dirty dining room and too many druggies inside begging for money. Didn't feel safe and won't be back.

Restroom had no toilet tissue, no mirror, no paper towel, and blow dryer blew cool and weakly. I didn't even bother trying the food after missing the basics for McDonalds.

Im actually shocked.there are some very tasty dishes here for a few more bucks.than the old usual stuff. Always order fresh fries and eat within 10-15 mins for best experience.

This McDonald's would benefit from changing the arrangement of their parking lot /drive-thru, which, to be fair, may not be possible. Pick up parking spots are located next to the drive-through Lane which blocks them from accessibility, consequently you cannot avoid the line in the Drive-Thru by choosing pickup. Otherwise you can expect the same friendly service and food quality as any other McDonald's.

I used the mobile order option with curbside pickup when I visited this location. Food quality was fine and it took about as long as other locations to be delivered my order at the curbside space. The only Improvement they could make would be to allow you to pay for your order within 1 mile of the location. Instead of requiring you to check in at the location before they start making your order.

Rude drive thru person very rude! Decided not to even finish order the female was being rude acted as if didn't want take order terrible customer service! This happened 7/10/18 at 11pm The drive thru lady on university and mesa drive acted very annoyed and rude can't tell you how terrible service was! Will not go there again!

Worst McDonald’s ever! Missing a bun on my chicken sandwich! Cheese burger taste horrible and my nuggets are clearly old. Also the guy who took my order inside had a real piss poor attitude. Suggest you go another mile to a different McDonald’s.

Always seems bright & cheery even when soo busy a long line forms. Employees are friendly, clean & helpful when needing assistance.

The fries were good! They were really salty. The drink I got was supposed to be a Diet Coke, and I got the right flavor. The Quarter Pounder was delicious. Other than the one closest to our house which mostly is bad and has long lines, this one in Downtown does way better; outstanding service!

This McDonalds is getting a low Review rating because my 87yr old grandmother went thru drive thru to get food for her grandchildren & upon receiving order the Bacon cheeseburgers were tough, like dried jerky. The milkshakes were served to her unfrozen, just strawberry milk. The lid popped off and spilled all over her and on carpet of new van.

The food is usually decent but u cant enjoy it very well when flys are landing on you every minute, every time I come here there are
flys swarming around everywhere lol its like the fly apocalypse. And sometimes the employees are rude to you as well.
