23Service was very poor. Ordered in and got a to go bag instead, even though we had our numbers as well. Very disappointed and disgruntled with our visit. Horrible. And fires were cold! Can't believe it.
Huge customer experience improvement when new management was implemented, remodel is very appealing. And when you ask for your order to be made fresh they understand that you don't mean the most recent batch that was placed in the food warmer/heat lamp. It's actually made fresh without being given an attitude by employee. Oh and they understand without you having to mention that if you order 20 mcnuuggets it requires more than 3 cups of sauce and they don't try to price gauge you by trying to charge. 15¢ for any additional sauce cups unlike other locations. Kudos to the recently remodeled and new management at the Florence Az location!
Outside drive thru took 30min. In Az that to long to be waiting inside at 100+ degree weather. And the wait inside was worse.
