McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

I just got a call from my granddaughter about this McDonald's that she visited on her vacation from California and was treated like trash she was given a burger with nothing but ketchup and when she went back to complain they laughed at her, I'm very scared for her safety because these are professional workers and should not be treating the customers like dirt.please make sure your young adult daughter's or granddaughter or anyone go near this McDonald's and I'm not finished with them yet.this McDonald's is on 27th and camel back in Arizona and I'm angry

I did not hate it but in my opinion customer service is poorly manage specially the one you see as you ordering, too immature.

Nothing express about this location. Drive through line was only 3 cars deep, it took about 14 minutes before I could order. You'd think a location that is only tending to two customers at a time would really be able to hit a groove and get through their customers faster. Two stars because the Egg McMuffin was on point, but two stars because the regular iced coffee was sweeter than melted ice cream.

Even during this pandemic, the employees hustle and turn alot of cars quickly through the drive thru.

This location has 2 ordering lanes. We waited almost 20 minutes in line stuck between cars. We noticed customers in front of us getting upset and driving off. We got to the ordering screen and waiting another 10 minutes. We understood that it was busy and many people were there to get dinner. Before we drove off he speaker turned on and we were treated so rudely by a staff member. Again, we knew that it was busy and they were probably overwhelmed and upset. I asked if we could get two mcflurrys. That's all my girls wanted.the staff member said. "Get in the other lane, this is only for door dash. " I stated that I had no indication of this. I asked if they had put up a sign stating that. The member screamed and told me to get out of her ordering line because she had door dash waiting behind me. Again, I'm sure they were overwhelmed and upset at the evening rush. I apologized for bothering her and took my girls to another McDonalds.

The new manager is just down right rude I come here all the time never has it been a problem for fresh fries I do not appreciate the rudeness

McDonald's Express. 2 cars in front. Took 20 minutes and fries received cold. Cars in back of me so couldn't back out. Will not return.

The Cashier at this Mcdonalds was extremely Freindly and the Service was Awesome! Someone give him a raise! Best McDs so Far! <3-J

It's a McDonald's, kids seem to not enjoy working there. Adults seem to not enjoy working with the kids. Everybody wants $15 but can't put 10 nuggets in a box.

Always loved the workers over there I've been going to this McDonald's for over 4 years I consider the employees at that McDonald's my family only wish I could get a lifetime's worth of McDoubles for free love McDoubles who can come out something for veterans who serve anyway love the McDonald's employees over there like my family so anyway thank you McDonald's

This lady didn't open the door and me and fellow citizens were freezing she was 10 minutes late

There is a total of one employee who is actually nice at this location. The other employees all have the worst attitudes and work ethics I've ever seen.

About a 25 minute wait from my order being taken to the paying for order at first window is just wrong.

I have no problem with the staff here or the food however this is a bad area later at night if you near by just come here but if you are far enough to where you can go to a different location do that instead.

I have only been here twice and both times I didn't get anything to eat. They had me sit at the drive-through for over 3 minutes without even acknowledging me. Never again will I go there

Food is always disgusting tastes like old burnt grease most of the time and workers rather get upset when you complain rather than fix the problem

No restrooms _ sketchy outside sitting & my food was not good / stale chicken even cold waited about 20mins

My shake was light pink like someone added water normally shakes are thick.the cashier was laughing while on speaker and in person. I mentioned it was rude and she should smile at customers her response was just have good day closed window.the manger was nice thanks and fixed my experience

Good French fries. But the people that hangout on this corner are very low life's. Lots of panhandling, drinking, and drugging.

They call themselves express. Well it wasn't express because it took 30 mins to take my order and to give it to me. Won't go back there.
