McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

The white lady at the window touched my food and was really rude she couldnt help me and my granddaughter out i asked if she could through out a old drink and she said ``No we dont have one right here"and i mean she couldve helped and thrown it away i will never come back

Asked for fresh food and waited 15 mins for cold food. They didnt even let us know that it was gonna take a min. Then looking thru the window and the manager was on the phone the whole time. The service is horrible there. Choose another location.

Late night shift staff gets tired and messes up the orders sometimes but I love up the street and go there all the time and they are really awesome.

Update, my last visit to this location was the most horrible experience at this location. Receipt #164. Handed me a cup of coke with drinks dripped everywhere on top of the lid. What ticked me off was the attitude she started having as soon as I asked her for paper towels for me to wipe (what could be 2 swallows of drink) from the lid. My food came out cold.

Clean store. Always have had my order made correctly. Haven't had too long of a wait going through the drive thru.

Absolutely terrible service here! Was in the area for GCU, and stopped here. They never answered at the speaker for order taking nor did they come to the window to assist us. Waited for several minutes for no one to acknowledge our presence. There were several people at the window ordering that looked really 'shady, ' and I was very uncomfortable with my window down that I just drove off. Do NOT come here!

I like Micky "D's" but I'm tired of the rising prices. The average meal now costs $8 to $10 including taxes. For these prices I can go to a buffet with many more selections!
