McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

Thought this McDonald's was different. I live just 2 minutes away. My grandkids timed it. Lol. STILL food was bad. French fries were old. Their new Chicken sandwich is put into a foil pouch. Got home 2 minutes later.bun was soggy. Breading on the chicken just slid off. The dog liked it, though.

I don't think the employees realize the right drive-thru lane exists. They also get my order wrong consistently.

Great place as ALWAYS! Great people makes a McDonald's. That's what I initially look for.but that's me.

I ordered 8 sandwiches and they only forgot my chicken sandwich

Place is a joke they saw my baby grabbed the bag at the drive thru and dropped all her fries in front of them with out even being Being able to eat one and the girl laughed and said if you want more you have to buy them. Like it would hurt McDonald’s to give a fry after seeing a 3 yr old dropping her fries and me not having anymore money for more

Ordered 3 large sweet tea light ice! Got rcvd on 2! Her made the 3rd but with lots of ice and get it-she ask what am I doing with this? I said change it knowing I pd for it already!

Very slow service. Order not correct. Went through drive through but had to go inside to get order fixed. Kitchen was a mess, paper bags on the floor, employees discussing issues loudly trying to find lost orders and correcting mistakes with other orders.

The thing with ordering food from McDonald's is the entire order is never hot. This time the fries were the cold part. There it is folks spend your hard earned money on a partially hot meal.

Sketchy people come here. The building is painted a dark grey color and just seems too dark for a McDonalds restaurant. The food tasted like there was any effort put into it. I usually never go to this location but I was in a rush and needed something small to eat before work.

For starts my bun was soggy.like they dropped it in water so I threw that out I also ordered a spicy chicken no lettuce and I get extra lettuce no mayo.sure why not frys were dry no flavor and the kid that handed me my food seriously needs customer service classes cause dude, the female worker who took my money was probably the only worker on point in the drive through. 1: 15 PM December second 2018

We visited this location and went through the drive thru line. It was very slow. We paid for our order, and then the line stopped completely. After not moving at all for 15 minutes, we got a refund and left. Several other cars behind us left before we did.

Great spot to eat breakfast & lunch because they have an electonic kiosk which speeds up service! Lol!: P

No one on the drive thru except me and one car in the parking lot, but was told there would be a 15 minute wait for food. When asked why, the person in working the window said, and I quote " we are working on orders. " Either that one car in the lot ordered 100 big macs or, more likely, the people working didnt want to do just that. Work.

I think this location is using old oil to fry their hash browns. There was a bitter aftertaste. Otherwise, this McDonald's was fine.

For service management did not know how to assign T members test store was out of fries for over 5 minutes and no one did anything about it

Not the best experience at this McDonald's. They seem to be understaffed all the time. Restrooms are dirty and so is the restaurant

Yes drill sargent sir! At least thats how i felt while proceeding to the 2nd window. The drive thru attendant seemed quite articulate if that is what you might call it. Not a bad thing.
The restaurant was recently renovated so it has that new McDonald's smell. The food was up to standard but unremarkable. The restaurant is very close to the freeway so it's convenient and visible. Surrounded by the usual competition Wendy's Subway McDonald's one day they'll all be one big Corporation.

I wish I could select no stars. Horrible service no matter when you go, but they are staggeringly inept at night. I have attempted to order several times over the past several months, and I've ending up leaving. The Wendy's across the street has excellent service and I usually head there instead. I've given up hope on this place.

Same old McDonald's. Go through the drive through, get my order, and when I get home, it is all wrong. AAAHHHH.
I should have checked before I drove off.
But this is what they should be doing before they hand it through the window.
The only reason I go to McDonald's is they conveniently located. It's not because they have good food. On my list of taste, they are at the bottom of the national chains.
I must be an idiot to keep going there only to be disappointed. And that is on me

Did not let my pregnant wife use the Restroom what type of establishment is this have yo buy something to use the Restroom
