McDonald's, Phoenix AZ

Average McDonald's with friendly staff and a clean store. Oddly the mobile app says this location is closed when it's clearly open.

This is the STRANGEST McDonald's ever. Hate it! No outside garbage cans, locked bathrooms and understaffed. Only one person supporting the kiosks and there are only two registers! This when located just off the I17 Interstate freeway!

Another thing. My QPC was undercooked! At most it was medium rare! The center was almost cold!

Nice drive thru help. She helped me with the McDonald's app, and making a good choice for dinner. I was grateful and thanked her.

Not even the amount of bbq sauce they are supposed to give, nuggets sucked, apple pies are now old and cold.

I drive for uber and get a free drink at McDonald's but apparently this women manager tells me I have to be picking up a meal for uber to get it. No where in the policy does it say that. I had to look it up and show her the policy. Terrible customer service.

Just a normal McDonald's nothing special but nothing too bad if you're in the area and you want McDonald's it be good places to stop at

Good place to eat when a hurry. They also got self ordering machine so you don't have to speak to a cashier

Make sure you check your order before you leave if at the drive thru. Many times have gotten the wrong thing.

Buyer beware, your order will be incorrect. But hey if you really cared, you wouldn't be eating at McDonald's.

Newly remodeled layiut seems nice but kiosks are annoying. Much less likely to go there now with those.

Usually I don't have a problem with this place. But this time I decided to dine since I walked here from work. I ordered om the monitor and it took them 20 minutes to give me my order. Ordered at 3: 44 pm and got my order at 3: 04. I told them to put it in a bag cuz I had to return to work soon. Step up the game

Came here on there first day open after a remodel. It's very nice. The flowers on the table were real and smelled very nice. Idk if that was just for opening day but they should keep doing it. The tables and restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The staff was friendly. If you choose a table with a low hanging lamp, it gets pretty warm.

I asked for a Filet-o-fish with no bun or cheese and tarter sauce on the side. She charged us for the whole fish instead of just going on to ALA CART (or however you spell it). I even asked twice if she had it on the side and she told me yes. I'm never coming here ever again.

This McDonalds on chandler Blvd at the chandler square mall is awful.you can barely understand what they are saying at the drive thru.and they have very poor people skills.

I order chicken nuggets and waited for a good 10 minutes yesterday, when I got home, the nuggets looked a day old, they tasted hard, and some were uncooked, I been going there for awhile and I never had this happened to me. Just terrible

They do not know how to read the whole order, I have had to go back multiple times and the last few weeks because they messed up the order, the night crew is very rude as well and will not let you finish your order before they tell you the told and to pull forward.

Terrible SERVICE staff fighting amongst each other vulgar language, with everyone listening, I would be very concerned if all my money was tied up in this, not to mention getting our order wrong which we didn't realize until we got home never go there again EVER PS THE ONE STAR IS A JOKE

Took long time for order to be made, finally gave up on order and walked in after being moved out of the way in drive through line to get my money back. Food came out then and now that I'm home they didn't even make the right thing. A ordered a double, have receipt for double, it's even in a box that says double, it has one piece of meat and one slice of cheese. That's a single, not a double. With how long it takes this place to make a cheeseburger you'd think they'd notice it's only half done.

EDIT: After posting I looked at some other reviews, rude employees, wrong orders, and long wait times seems to be the norm here. There's a McDonald's inside Wal-Mart one exit North of here, if you really want McDonald's go there instead, this place is garbage

It’s McDonald’s what more do you expect? Lol once they added cheese to my breakfast biscuit sandwich. I’m slightly lactose and very upset when I opened my sandwich at work. I called and the manager was nice to give me a free meal when I return. But I was so hungry all morning

I just grabbed some lunch and the fries were extremely salty! I couldn't even enjoy my meal because I had to work to eat my fries. I called to let the manager know and she hung up on me! Now the phone is off the hook. Poor service and salty employees.
