McDonald's, Chandler AZ

I was in the drive-through line for 17 minutes this morning waiting for my order just to get a cold sandwich and melted frappe. Man that sausage McMuffin must’ve been worth it. Terrible management for David

Skip this location! Every visit has had a missing item or two since we moved nearby. Fail every time. No toys when purchased with happy meals. No burger patties on my Big Mac twice.

I know it’s McDonald’s, but I’ve never had such inconsistencies

It's a regular mcdonald's. I tried to order through the app and it was a nightmare. I am going to try the app again and review my review of necessary.

Served the people in front of us but closed as soon as we were next in line and didnt say anything to us. We waited 15 minutes until we got the hint on our own. Just a suggestion, maybe put your hours on here so people know the appropriate time to visit instead of saying you're open and keeping people waiting.

Ice cream machine wasnt wotking I think. But that's not very new for a McDonald. Great place to eat though.

Sign at drivethru was looping on reboot- continuously, got everything i ordrred, bottom bun not as hard as other mcds in area, smaller amount of mustard - better for me, the choc sundae leaked through top of cup, other non-mcds do not have a big hole on top- so would not have created the mess.did have to ask for butter and salt when it was ordered at sign, and choc sundae

Don't bother coming here. They never open on time and they are sub standard in every way possible. Go to a different location. Don't make the same mistake I did.

It's about as good as a McDonald's gets. I didn't buy food for myself, however the drive thru was very nice and efficiently run. It was a double lane that merged into one and they still keep track of the orders. There was a play place inside and it looked clean through the windows.

I don't like to write negative review, but I've never been to a slower McDonald's that has given me the wrong items as frequently and that has made the food more routinely below average as this place.

This place is filthy. Trash everywhere. Flys flying around (counted at least 15). No ketchup in the dispenser, no ketchup cups. Half the kids playground is locked up. Regret stopping at this location. Hopefully the kitchen is cleanlier then the dining and play area.

Poor customer service. Went through drive-tru ordered big-mac No cheese. Got home with label on box showing.no cheese opened box and it had the cheese. Drove all the way back hoping for refund! No they dont do that. Made me another big-mac expecting to be fresh. Not! Got home and still threw it away. Cold and didn’t even receive an apology. Never go back again!

Not a fan of McDonald's food. But my granddaughter loves the playground. In Az. Summer it's 105 degrees outside. Air conditioned playgrounds is a "Good Thing ".

What can I say it is assembly line food but you get what you paid for Price is Right and the location absolutely Flawless not dirty because it's Chandler no Riff Raff.

Was the only person at counter and workers were just going back and forth slowly and not even acknowledging me. Once I did place my order, it was wrong. Bacon McDouble. Came without bacon

Asked for 3 sandwiches, only 2 were placed on order. Drive thru took a long time, thankfully I was not in a hurry. Food was delicious and employees were friendly.

Ordered a BigMac with cheese and spread only i repeated x5 to make there’s spread on it they said yes well there wasn’t so I drove back and asked for a fresh one since the bread was hard it took forever to make it while the guy cooking looked stoned out of his mind and uninterested in his job, finally received a sloppy big Mac with barely any spread. And these people want $15 a hour? !

This place has gone downhill. The food used to be okay, but lately it is somewhat of a travesty. Last week we got busy and wanted to pick something up quick. Were on a tight budget so we don't normally splurge even on McDonald's. It was sad my chicken was like a leather my bun was stale. The people who make the food have just stopped caring. It was awful.

Very poorly managed. Took 20 minutes for my order and received a "sorry for the wait" from a manager who didn't seem to mean it. Other customers were also waiting a long time. Looked like only 1 side of the fryer for fries was working and they are by an indoor skate park. As a former employee, I don't think I will do back to that one. I even witnessed an employee sweeping the grill area instead of helping get food out during the rush of business. Like I said poorly managed

Every time I go there at 10: 45 to get 2 hot and spices I end up waiting 10 min. In the drive thru and then I am asked to pull over and wait. Fast food my.

Drive through incredibly slow, every.single.time. The cashier must have been new, gave me incorrect change which caused a further delay in the line. I recommend that they get a new system in place.
