McDonald's, Chandler AZ

I don't understand why fast food price keeps going up. My fresh cooked meal I sell at my cafe is cheaper, but I still pay more here because it's convenient sometimes. Otherwise, I love everyone here, friendly service.

This McDonald’s Location is not very attentive to the customers needs. Last few times I’ve a problem here. They either forget to give me my receipt, add ingredients I ask to remove, or even miss place my order and have to wait extra long for them to make it.

I braved McDonald's because I didn't feel like cooking and I was charged $17 for some synthetic meat chucks which had been leftover from the lunch rush; fermenting nicely under the heat lamps for hours. Now I am sitting here wondering if I have E.coli or Norovirus after sampling this delicious fare—time will tell. I'm lovin' it!

Minimum wage is too high! Some people just shouldn’t have a job anywhere. McDonald’s is terrible with hiring the right people

Their workers are insincere and can’t count. Since when does a 10 piece chicken nugget not consist of 10 chicken nuggets but instead 9. I’ll vote for $15 an hour when you get every order correct, when every order is fresh and as advertised, when all your workers show they care about customer service. I had barely finished paying at the first window and they were hanging my food out the second window, impatient and rude. Terrible service!

Took me 20 minutes to get my food. And after waiting for everyone to get their food that came after me. My order was still wrong. Also the chicken strips were so hard you couldn't bite into them. Won't be coming back to this McDonald's

They are soooooo slow here too over 20 min for my to go order to be served to us and the large order of drys was half empty.

Went at around dinner time and regretted ever coming. There was only one car in front of me at the drive-thru and it still took 15 minutes from ordering to getting my food. I got home to discover that the burger was cold, and my Sprite was just soda water. Very disappointed. It's fast food so all I expect is it to at least be fast, warm, and the soda to be sugary, but this Mcdonald's failed at even that.

One of the WORST McDonalds ever! Every visit always manages to top the previous horrible visit. Several nights the lobby was closed hours prior to the actual closing time during those visits the drive thru was making everyone's orders incorrectly. Employees and management are incompetent. Today's visit included receiving two used cups from behind the counter, order made incorrectly, children's play area was absolutely filthy. Avoid this one if you can!

Horrible service! You will wait 15 minutes for a small order and “fast food”. Employees don’t care about how long customers are waiting. They just go through the motions.

Was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Orders came up fast. We went with a large group of high School students and it was good place to hangout and get a late snack at the end of the day.

Asked for a milkshake with no whip and number 2 meal medium with a dr pepper. Lady made my milkshake put whip on it and then scraped it off with her finger. My burger was burnt, fries were old and cold, and my drink was flat. Worst experience Ive ever had I dont think im going back.

This is the slowest McDonald’s in the world! Usually wait 10-15 mins, no exaggeration. I might go to a different one farther away, would still be faster.
