Waited for half an hour for help. 2 employees.we got skipped over 2 times before we walked out.

Went here today to buy a suit for a funeral. As soon as I got to the door I was greeted by Al. Once inside, Al showed me a variety of items to choose from. I was shocked that someone would be so attentive. Long story short, I love the variety of suits at this store. Al was extremely helpful and never left my side. I would definitely come back in the future thanks to Al. The only negative about this store is that things can get very expensive very fast. So just make sure you have a deep wallet. If not, you could easily walk out spending atleast $800 within a matter of minutes.

My husband and I had a great experience. The staff was helpful in finding exactly what we needed. My husband was fitted and his suit is to be ready before our trip.

Taylor was amazing. Extremely patient with our various alterations, exchanges, returns, and brand preferences. Personable and competent. The whole store is great, the service is above expectations, and the quality is just what we want.that couple of steps above Penny's. Ask for Taylor if you can. Recommend.

Out of all the other locations this one is the best in service. The manager really cares about your experience and does whats right.

The new assistant store manager MIGUEL is the man! I had days of training at my new job and i am a salesman by trade & he was a real salesman (master of his craft). He provided strong advice and excellent service.

When i left the store i felt great. I found a great place and where people work there that know their business.
I got a great deal (not overpriced like i thought it would be)
-these clothes for work (which i have worn a lot) are the best fitting ive ever had.

75 percentage of the time they are friendly, but today the staff seem uninterested in helping. The tux we picked looked great and fitted him well.

Great Clothes and Great Service. Went shopping for Suit for a business meeting and luckily this was our first and only stop. The quality of service was on a professional standard that is extremely rare to find these days. Miguel made this shopping experience a pure pleasure, my wife and I were treated with respect and patience and every selection made by Miguel was Spot On! Nice customer service and Johnny on the spot helping with style and color suit and fitting was perfect. Pants cut right on the heel, perfect like I said. Even doing me a discount too.

They usually have 1 person helping everyone try on tuxes. I have been here for 4 different weddings and after using blacktux I hope none of my friends use Men's Wearhouse anymore. Blacktux was cheaper, easier, and the clothes fit better.

If you like being ignored you'll love shopping here. They have lost my business, I will not be returning.

I had a positive experience shopping for a suit at this location. The young employee who helped me was very resourceful and friendly, which made for a great customer experience. I had some alternations done on the suit I bought and he had it all ready to go for me.

Went here yesterday with my son and his prom date. We were in there for 15 minutes and not one person asked us if we needed help (and there were people available), so we walked out. No need to spend my money at a place were the workers don't even acknowledge you.

Returned a tux here from a family's wedding. Young gentleman greeted me right away and gave me great customer service.

It's alright. Not like it's top notch service. It's prom season and I probably could find a cheaper place to rent but they are conveniently located.

Live men's wearhouse! Always have the best selection of jeans and sport coats. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

I was looking to rent a tuxedo & the lack of service was disappointing. There was a lack of communication & professionalism.

Came in on Sunday and Joseph was extremely helpful, found a suit that was exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He helped me find shirts and even a belt to match the shoes I was getting! Tailoring process was very fast as the suit fit unexpectedly well and I will be getting it back from them on Thursday. All in all fantastic customer service and a very clean store too.
