Men's Wearhouse, Avondale AZ

Rented tux for my cousin's wedding. A few things wrong and didn't have the right size shirt but overall the experience was a good one.

Helped me out immensely and we're never pushy. Managed to find me what I wanted and got it to me and sized in the time needed for to walk my sister down the isle.

Great men's apparel, a little slow for the tailoring process. Also I think some brands are marketed as exclusive but are found in large department stores.

Customer service is DEAD! I walk into the store and they look at you and don't offer any and look the other way. I would not refer this location to anyone. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I just ended up walking out the store, because I don't believe in rewarding this type of behavior with patronizing a place like this. Take my money somewhere else.

Kate was very helpful and made sure everything fit. Some of the guys there are not as helpful but will still go back.

Just wanted it be known the great experience that I had at the Avondale Men's Wearhouse after the Arrowhead Men's Wearhouse completely screwed up and double charge me threatened to not give me my suit after I was double-charged the people that worked over at the Avondale Men's Wearhouse took care of me we're very polite and help me out in every way

Even though it took a bit of searching, we were able to find exactly what I was hoping to find for my husband's suit for our wedding day. The staff was patient, and worked through all of the details with us. My husband went back to purchase everything, and they just had to pay for everything and get the fitting. The entire experience was super simple, and actually was one of the least of my worries.

This place was super helpful. Nathan helped me find the perfect suit for a wedding. If you ever go here ask for Nathan!

These guys are AWESOME! I had an interview last month and previously purchased a suit last year that needed to be pressed, I needed it done ASAP. They helped me out on my way to the interview and I looked great! Thanks for your help guys, and I got the job, your the best!

Service sucked could not get anyone to help! Went to the one on Camelback and the 51. They have great service there, it's worth the ride!

This entire company has unfair policy. I'm very unhappy with the business they conduct there. They charged me $20 extra for returning my tux a day late. I was never informed that there was going to be a late fee assessed to my bill if I were to turn it in late. They should be happy I even turned in the tux to beging with. I will not be shopping here ever again.

Took my uncle there to get fitted for a tux the Taylor's were amazing very friendly great service.
