The staff are really friendly a d they really show the way you can wear a suit. I got it tell you. I wish we have a cool weather year long. I will wear a suit almost every day

I went to get a pair of pants and Adam Alters a decent price the only thing they didn't have has any polos over 2 or 3 XL I was looking for Yom Kippur over at DXL

Not this place in general, but men's wearhorse as a whole company have been completely unprofessional. They know I'm scheduled to get married May 30. All their managers are "never available". I've attempted to get a hold of a manager or someone in charge but I always get the run-a-round. I've been in need to get an update on my customer suit order that I ordered 2 months ago. You couldn't have constructed a better plan to contact the people who paid you money already and come into communication with them to figure out a way to handle things through all of this going on in the world? All their online/texting agents are all ignorant. Not one sympathetic comment from anyone and they all are robotic when they copy and paste things that are asked again. I guess it is hard to pick up a phone and contact the people who paid you hundreds of dollars to have something made.

Got my first suit ever in mens warehouse got to say I am not disappointed the people where very helpful and very professional I am a plus size man so it's not an easy task to walk in a place looking for clothes but they made me feel like any other person I reccomend trying it out for your self if you are in need of a suit to purchase or rent.

Oh I will be back. Great customer service and all around nice place. After my daughter's wedding I will post more on how well the wedding party looks. I don't expect anything else but class A after the service we have received thus far. Thank you Men's Warehouse. You're gonna look great. I guarantee it. Always wanted to say that

Very Happy with my choice to have my groomsmen get their suits here and also mine great deal they have going 6 tux and you get one free or a $400 shopping spree not sure which I'm going with but the gentleman who helped us was awesome and patient with us and my in laws it's the conchos wedding and he helped out tons

It helped me find a suit for my eighth grade graduation and thet have really great workers and servuce

This place was AMAZING. Elliot is the best. He was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. We saved buckets of money and walked out feeling like a million bucks. We will never shop elsewhere for men’s wear.

They are really pushy and dont really listen to what people like. They just want to push the most expensive product. They tried to sell me a mens suit separate when I specifically asked for a sports coat. They sent me to look for my own sizes is is unfortunate because, the Indian Bend location is the complete opposite. They also arent very welcoming.

Awesome customer service! Came in on a whim on Sunday with my fiance and Michael went above and beyond to help us out and answer all of our questions. He was helpful without being too overbearing. Definitely getting our bridal party suits here!

The manager for the suit rentals made my experience a positive one. I had to wait and he took notice and was very accommodating with me. Good manager

Big shoutout to both Brandon and Rich at this store. I'm getting married next weekend and we hit a bit of a snag with our order that Brandon took care of immediately. Rich was then extremely accommodating and helpful during a visit to take advantage of the shopping voucher that came with our rentals. Well done gentlemen, your customer service is greatly appreciated!

I don’t know why, but I was able to walk in, look at some items, take a picture and not a single employee looked up at me or even welcomed me in the store. There must have been a total of 15-20 customers and 3-5 employees and I wasn’t acknowledged. I stood right next to the man at the tux registry and he looked at me a few times while speaking with a customer, and didn’t even say hi.

My husband and I came in looking for two tuxedos for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society event at Talking Stick resort. The sales men Brandon was very rude, answered us with irritation, as if our questions were inconveniencing his day. My husband eventually shut down and didn’t even make an order. I unfortunately did, but soon after called to refund my deposit. We found better service at “Mr. Formal” tuxedo shop off of camelback and 3rd st. Go there if you want your expectations to be met and exceeded.

Had an awesome experience here getting a tux for a wedding I was attending. There were great choices to pick from, nothing got too expensive, and I got fit and measured fast and accurately. When the tux finally came 2 days prior to my flight I got to try everything on and it fit perfectly without any changes needed. Come wedding day everything was popping and perfect. 10/10
