23I just want to thank the assistant manager Jason for being very professional and helpful on helping me being my first time at the men's wearhouse
What used to be a great place for individual attention and customer service has really declined. Sales associates are young and do not pay attention to each customer. They help for a couple minutes, then rush off to another customer, then another, then another before checking back. Several other customer service issues in the few times I visited. I won't be returning.
DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I recently got married and unfortunately utilized Men's Warehouse to get the pants/suspenders for our 9 groomsmen. We were told as long as we gave the associate the pants/suspenders we wanted the correct items could be purchased from any location. However, even after giving our names/wedding date, 1 of the groomsmen was sold the wrong color. We found this out the day of the wedding and when he went back to mens warehouse they had the color but not the correct size. He was told it would only be 10 minutes for alterations. After 20 minutes they came out and said it would be another 30 minutes. During this time an associate tried to charge him for the alterations EVEN THOUGH they were the ones who sold him the wrong pants. They weren't apologetic and didn't even bat an eye that the wedding was in a few hours. Awful customer service. I'll boycott this place until I'm blue in the face.
