My wife and I had spent our Saturday at two other dealerships based on-line prices that fit within our range of purchasing a CPO vehicle. The other two dealerships switched the price on us as soon as we walked through the door but not Isaac. I called over and he gave me the OTD price over the phone. It fit exactly what we were looking for, we walked in, test drove it and were treated to a fantastic experience the entire time. The environment was chill, Isaac and Vince walked us through every step and ensured that we were well taken care of. Go see Isaac!

This is my second time buying from Mercedes of Chandler and I’ve had great experiences both times. Both times I’ve also worked with Todd Frison who is probably one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond to meet expectations, lays out every option, then finds even more options, walks you through the entire process, and helps you get your car set up before you drive away. I can’t say enough kind words about how he takes a stressful situation and makes it 100x better. Thank you so much Todd and thank you Mercedes of Chandler for the hospitality. You already know I’ll be back!
My experience here so far has been AMAZING! I much prefer this location over the Gilbert location.
Nate is a true professional and ADVISE without the scare-sales pitch. Having a Benz is great, and having a Dealership that has an awesome service department is a true benefit.
Bill is a very professional person at the showroom. He really tried to resolve the issues to utmost satisfaction. The dealership is very organized and works efficiently.
Mercedes-Benz of Chandler always provides me with spectacular service! The staff is always friendly and so accommodating. Service Advisor-Jessica is exceptional! I live very close to the Gilbert location but I will continue to travel to the Chandler location because of the outstanding service and staff.

This is one of my best experiences with a dealership. Todd was our sales rep and made the experience great. We were in and out without all the BS other dealership try to put you through. I would say total time at the dealership was 1 to 1.5 hours. We received a reasonable and great deal. I would definitely return.
Just moved to PHX, switched from BMW to Benz, and MB of Chandler came highly recommended to service my car there. Will not go there again due to lack of customer service. I needed a second key fob for my car, and went through a gentleman named Kyle. Placed order, paid, came back second time to pick it up except it didnt work. They had to send it back out and I would have to come back the third time around. Again key didnt work. Had leave my old one so they can mail it out again and I had to come back the fourth time to pick it up. Thats 2 additional times I had to take off work and go through the hassle, since they are not allowed to mail keys. Each time they would say it would be 2-3 days and they would have the new key. People that I worked with would never give me a call to update me on the timeline and for my third and fourth visit it was about a week of wait with no response so I had to hound them for the update. I know its not the MB Chandler that cuts the keys, but their customer service during the ordeal was not something one would expect from MB. To make matters worse, once i got my second key, Kyle said they would try to take care of me on some of my future services, as I wanted to get some upgrades done on my car, and of course after I tried to follow up on that, no phone call or email was returned to me. My first time dealing with MB reps, hopefully not all of their dealerships are this disreputable.

I am actually going to purchase a vehicle from them. I won’t go any place else and recommend any one new to az that needs their Benz service go here they treat you like vip. I have been a customer of MB for the past 17 years. My Mercedes SUV GL450 needed a diagnostic test to determine the issue. Nate is my service advisor and he went over the moon and through the stratosphere to complete a thorough inspection to elucidate the cause. Nate is top notch! He really is invested and strives to always give professional service. I don’t trust anyone but Nate with my vehicle. Thank you Nate for being a standout in your field!
Paul was a great sales person! He walked through every step of the process with incredible patience, a willingness to meet my goals and a professional demeanor at the highest level! Leo, his sales manager assisted with the whole process and did an outstanding job delivering on customer service with professionalism as well and superior customer service. Great job guys, I love the car, but more importantly i loved the experience and genuine caring!
Service was excellent, always in a timely manor. Nate is excellent to work with, always lets me know the options and the work is done in a manor that never has a later problem.

My vehicle has been in for service 3 times. Nothing has been repaired. Mercedes warranty is useless without a service department to honor said warranty.
On my last visit my wife was shopping for a new car. We could not get a salesperson to address our shopping needs. Apparently if you wear shorts and flip-flops, you are stereotyped as poverty stricken.
The service coordinator I delt with acted as if I was imposing on his day by being there. Was given a set of information only for him to totally contradict himself later on. Very surprising customer care for a brand that holds so much respect.
Kyle Wickwire hs been my service advisor for 3 years now and he has always listened to my concerns and tells me honestly what needs to be done. He will not try to sell me repairs I do not need even if I ask for it he will be honest and tell me it is not needed. I have used other places to service my car but Mercedes of Chandler is priced right!
