Stopped by to look at vehicle. Ended up buying that day. They made is easy and quick. Had not been to a dealer in years with the exception of one other dealer a week earlier. After that experience, I did not want to go back. Suffice to say, MB of Chandler exceeded by expectations by far. I would go back to this dealer in a heart beat and recommend them. I had a very good experience!

This was the best automotive purchase experience I've ever had. There was zero stress and gimmicks. Latifa was amazing, she assisted in helping me expedite the process where I literally only spent 45 minutes in the dealership. Everyone from the Latifa to the Finance Manager was simply amazing. These ladies set the benchmark for which other dealership should practice. Best of all I ended up with one very happy wife!

Great as always. Staff and Mgt.is some of the best in the valley. Very satisfied with the process and the results. Never rushed or pressured and we got a fair deal on the car we wanted.

The sales staff is friendly although the Certified pre owned C250 Coupe with 14k miles I test drove smoked heavily a few minutes after we left the lot so I tested another 250 and that one required an alignment badly, would not look to buy from Chandler MB again.l

Great service for what I need to get done! But they refused to give me an S550. They say I have to pay for it.well they will are in the business of selling cars, right:). That's my dream car though!

Terrible customer service! On Friday, March 16th, my family and I had visited the dealership and walked around the parking lot to view cars and SUVs without anyone asking us whether we needed assistance. Furthermore, my family and I (in casual business attire) had stepped into the dealership to view the SUVs on display without any anyone, including the receptionist, asking whether we need assistance. This is unacceptable! Conversely speaking, I had stepped into BMW Chandler and Audi Chandler dealerships and received immediate assistance/interest from many sales people.

It must be noted that I had stopped at this dealership (in casual business attire) two other times during my lunch break and I was ignored as well.

On by the way, I had owned a Jaguar XF and I am currently driving a BMW. My family and I are currently seeking to purchase a luxury SUV in the next 4 to 5 weeks. So, this was not a "wish upon the stars" visit to the dealership. Mercedes-Benz of Chandler had just lost a viable customer.

The receptionists that answer the phone are inexperienced and don’t know what they’re talking about. I called and told the woman I wanted to pick up my car and when I got there another lady told me that pick up hours are over. I called back to get a name only to be put on hold for 20 minutes and have the phone hung up in my face. There is one lady who works there named Ingrid and she is the only one who seems to know what she’s doing. She was very helpful and promised to look into matters for me. Ingrid gets her own personal star.

We own a new convertible Mercedes that is less than 4 months old as we have been Audi customers for many years prior to switching to Mercedes. This is our FIRST post sales customer experience and it was VERY POOR. My wife scheduled a service appt for an electrical issue w/ the seat belt at the CHANDLER, AZ dealership and was told it would be an hour appt to run a diagnostic. When she arrived, she was told 4-5 hours! She asked for a loaner vehicle so that she could carry on her day based on this new information. The service department declined. No loaner. No shuttle. At Audi, they take care of you head to toe with you take your vehicle in for service. Loaner vehicles are often higher end than your vehicle to boot! I am so dis-pleased with our first Mercedes experience and sharing as such on social media outlets to caution potential buyers.

“Great Deal”
Milton Garcia was my sales person and he was great! I told him about the type of car I was looking for and also about the price I was looking to pay and he delivered. Talk about easy and smooth car buying experience. I Would recommend Milton Garcia to anyone in the market for a used or new Mercedes Benz.

When I coming for car maintenance, they didn’t give any helpful advice. They only interest in how to make you spend more. They tried hide some important information that cause your cost increase.

This is a great place to bring your MB or pick up a part or two. Went there to get some antifreeze for my '13 E550, and stopped by to chat with the guys who drive your vehicle to the repair lot area. Great guys! Was invited to grab a sandwich and drink in the waiting lounge area. Great lounge area to relax or kick-back. My choice for my ML350 and E550.

Even though I brought my smart car in for radio replacement they treated me with respect. The waiting room was very nice and clean, snacks and drinks were good too. Overall a good experience.

Had a great experience! Our salesman Isaac Weaver was a very cordial, made me comfortable, and gave my husband and I a pleasurable experience.
Anyone looking to buy a car here should ask for him, he doesn’t pressure you or makes you feel uncomfortable.
All the staff was nice as well.
