It seems that they are surviving covid-19 and lack of regular supply line due to the pandemic. I appreciate them so much.

Had alot of thing I would want but then it needed to restock to many bear spots on shelves. Plus rest room needed cleaning.

Too much confusion at the moment they're like I guess rearranging everything from Christmas time

Over priced. Employees were more worried about making my friend and I into a statistic than a customer. Degrading to say the least. I would not recommend this craft store.

Went there for some supplies. I was a little confused, but the help was friendly and informative.

Had everything I wanted at good prices. Friendly employees also very helpful. Had everything I wanted and advice where to get some other stuff I needed

Craft store that's a great crop products to make everything you can imagine paint knit needlepoint crochet all kinds of crafts little figurines to make your own garden inside it's really adorable place to be

Great place to stop for your DIY crafts. Have found some cool stuff and gifts. You can find stuff here for any holiday.

You get better customer service in Utah. Walking a customer to the isle instead of guessing where it might be is much better. The entire store was out of mosaic, really.absolutely no selection

Unorganized and lacking in current sale tagging. For those shopping on a budget, especially after the holidays, its hard to figure out your purchases when things are not marked correctly or not at all.
But, associates were extremely friendly and helpful when needed.

This store recently redid their entire parking lot. The new lot has a significantly smaller number of handicap spots than the old one.
I use handicap parking. Yesterday I had to parking 4 aisles & over 20 car spots to get to their store. I believe this is a violation of the ADA. I will be contacting them as the corporate office doesn't answer their phone.

Hate the parking lot. Michael's I think can be very pricey. Bought just a few items half off. Service was good

Good selection, decent prices in some areas, high in others, but the coupons on the locations webpage helped that a bit. Helpful and friendly staff.

I almost always find lots of Beautiful Crafting items, Floral, Wedding Items, Decor, seasonal decor and Storage items everytime I shop at Michael's. Excellent Christmas Deals and Coupons help out a lot too. So many items to choose from.
For So Many Occasions and even Just For Fun with Our Grandchildren:)

Quality products. Great prices. Lots of variety. Seems like they have stuff for every kind of crafting drawing, sculpting, coloring and more!

This is a good place for framing & matting. I've never been disappointed with the quality or service.

Great sale prices and they have amazing Christmas merchandise! Best place for decor in my opinion, especially when things go from 50% off to 70% off. Great finds!

Was busy (just before Christmas) but checkout was orderly, the store was clean and the store associates were helpful.
