Not as adamant as they were. Seemed to be caught up in stocking shelves or looking like they were, rather then customer service.

How can you not love Michaels? The staff is always so nice and eager to assist. Before going on check the app for coupons because you can save tons of money and a lot of the coupons can be stacked. This location is clean and organized. There’s ample parking so that won’t be an issue when you arrive.

It was open late and I do appreciate the gesture. However, the place was in disarray from end to end to end. And although i was eventually able to locate my items & purchase them, it was a real cluster**** and there was nobody to help me. The prices high here, high enough that a messy disordered store and no staff is unacceptable. Hopefully my next ecperience will be more positive than this visit.

My first time buying yarn here at Michael's. The store has different types of yarn & colors, so that was exciting! I will visit this location again. Also I saved with a coupon from the App.

Busy with the holidays. Prices are still hight or you dont know the price cause Its not marked. Not enough people to cash you out. Very scary guy cash me out you would think the placw wouldn't be letting men wear nail polish

Great location for a Michael's. In a busy mall area, just right for a quick gift idea or crafting niknak. Always lots if intersting things to see and possibly do. A little cluttered, but they have so much to shie- why not?

We keep on going back for more Christmas decarations, art and fly-tying supplies.

Current 50% discounts are amazing, and products are varied and innovative.

I suspect we'll be back again before Christmas, and might even do some pre-buying for the 2019 season.

I was able to find everything I needed to create my own Dia de los Muertos Calavera. Always plenty of great deals as well as online coupons.
