Being able to see the dr on a Saturday so that I don’t have to rearrange my work schedule is valuable! To be treated with sincere care made this visit extraordinary.

I really wanted to like it here because they always have same day appointments available and they are so close to my house, but they simply do not provide good care. You're basically just a number. Nobody cares here. I always felt like they just gave me a prescription and kicked me out rather than actually trying to get to the underlying issue. They never actually took care of my problem as minor as it was. I can't imagine having to go here for a real medical issue. I can honestly say that I gave them opportunity after opportunity to redeem themselves, but they're just horrible.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would! I have been here 3 times and every single experience has been bad. The first visit I was told I didn’t have an appointment even though I did and was asked if I’d still like to be seen. Yes, that’s why I’m here because I have an appointment. Second visit we were there for an ultrasound. The nurse informed us the ultrasound tech was in with someone else and would come get us when finished. When she came in (very rushed) she basically ran down the hall and I had to keep up the pace to even know what room to go in. This is our first baby and I was so excited but that quickly changed. We were 2 minutes late to our appointment which the tech sure let us know in a rushed, frantic way. “We didn’t think that you were going to show up. ” I apologized and let her know we were only two minutes late and she was with another client. The vibes coming off of her were very rude and rushed. I said to her that she was kinda stressing me out and she had the audacity to tell me no! I said yes you are and this is supposed to be a special experience for me. Thankfully her attitude changed a little for the better. Then we spoke with the Dr.about our next appointment, we talked in detail about what this next ultrasound would show and about genetic and gender testing. Today we went in for our ultrasound and were told there was not an ultrasound scheduled and that my boyfriend would have to wait in the car.this is strike 3! At this point I didn’t mind letting them know that I was livid and it gives a new mom to be cause for concern when all 3 visits thus far have been botched and not at all pleasant experiences. The doctor then added insult to injury by telling me she was the doctor that saw me last time and she didn’t mention an ultrasound, that she spoke about genetic testing and she’s sorry if I misunderstood.there were two of us in the room, my boyfriend and myself but some how we both misunderstood? !? No no that is not the case. Even my confirmation text mentioned the ultrasound. At this point I have shut down and don’t want to tell them anything even though I have concerns about certain things, I’m a high risk pregnancy and the ultrasound might have solved a few concerns. Next the phlebotomist comes in, not to be rude but a heavy mouth breather, she jams the needle into one of the best veins you will EVER see for giving blood, sideways, collapsing my vein and almost coming back out the other side of my vein. To be honest I’m not even sure how she was able to get any blood as I have an entry and exit mark on my arm. At this point I am DONE WITH MOMDOC! My arm is now in Excruciating pain I can barely move it and it has bubbled up halfway up my arm. I did NOT schedule my next appointment, in fact after the blood work I got up and walked out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO MOMDOC! Worst experiences in my life with any type of doctor not to mention for my first pregnancy. You guys really need to figure things out if you want to be a business!
Edited: I called the office yesterday when I left (if you have a client walk out before scheduling a follow up, you might want to call THEM to see if everything is okay) I waited on the automated phone system for 13 minutes before I could even leave a voicemail. Leaving a voicemail took 3 attempts because your system kept cutting me off! I have now left another voicemail but I don’t expect to hear anything back.
The first 12 weeks are VERY IMPORTANT!
I forgot to say the ultrasound tech referred to a babies heartbeat as someone who is on cocaine! Real professional operation!

Second edit: NO ONE has followed up with me! That alone speaks to how much the owners and staff actually “care” at Momdoc. Transferring care was the best decision I ever made. In one visit with Valley Women For Women, I had more questions answered than in 3 visits with your “practice”.

2 months ago the owner said they would follow up, that never happened. What a sad practice

If you go in for a well women’s exam don’t talk about birth control even if the Dr.asks you about it that will make them bill you for 2 separate appointments.they will not correct! My insurance was Billed $735 for a twenty minute appointment! Check your EOB’s ladies! Well woman’s visit are free with insurance, but not here!

Dr Carlton is absolutely amazing. She helped advise me through my pregnancy (I was advanced maternal age) and delivered our beautiful 10lb 10 ounce boy! I felt very blessed to have her as our delivery doctor!

The momdoc office was prompt, always in time and friendly. Loved my weekly checkups with them.

This is the best office ever! The staff is always so friendly and the providers are always so awesome and knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere. The supervisor Andrea is the BEST and always so helpful. I would recommend it to everyone I know!:)

If I could rate this a negative star I would. Worst place you can get care. Offices are nice but the staff is complete trash. I will never use Momdoc again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to use them either.

Chandler Momdoc office is the best I would recommend it to all the new mommies! I love the staff MAs and the providers especially Lisa Cotten she’s awesome and really fast! When I had a bill the supervisor Andrea answered all my questions and was very helpful! The office is amazzzzing, pretty and HUGE!

The staff are very attentive, and the midwives I saw are all so kind. They were respectful and always cheerful.

I have been going to MomDocs since I was 18 years old. Dr Partridge delivered both of my children. He has done other procedures. I have recommend him and his staff to friends and family over the years. I will never part with them. They are the best!

Been going to this office for a lil time usually I have good experiences but this time I had the worst experience with a female doctor named Carleton she needs to be fired she didn’t act like she cared about anything I had to say she was walking out the room as I was talking asking me personal questions that don’t concern the visit rolling her eyes had me waiting for a very long time as soon as she came in the room she said hold on and left right back out.worst experience ever today

This place is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs. Not only is the staff inadequate and unhelpful the doctors apparently have no idea what they're doing either. I waited over an hour to be seen and when I went to pick up my prescription several hours later it was not even called in. I will be reporting this place to the BBB as well. My true rating is -5 stars

Every time I come in I feel so rushed, and leave just wanting to cry out of frustration. I wait for long periods of time to only get talked to for MAYBE 2 minutes from a doctor. (Almost always someone different.) they are very brief and if I try to ask any questions I get treated like an idiot for whatever I ask. I don’t even know my doctors names because no one introduced themselves, and when I asked today who was actually going to deliver my baby I was informed that it would be whoever is on call at that time, which makes me nervous that I don’t even really know or have a relationship with the person who will be delivering my child. The ultrasound tech I had talked so fast I couldn’t even grasp what she was saying about my baby because she rushed through all the results and she’s was very rough with me. I’m a first time mom and I’m really anxious about delivery and the well being of my daughter, and all I want is some comfort, information, advice, and reassurance. Instead, everyone is just so cold and uninterested. I get the vibe that they could care less, and they don’t take any special interest in their patients. I’m 38 weeks and have been having contractions and I haven’t even been checked for dialation, and they told me that they won’t check me until I am actually in labor, whereas other doctors offices I’ve heard about are very diligent about checking you and keeping an eye on things, which you would think should be the case with any prenatal doctors appointments no matter where you go. At this point all I can do is hope all is well with my baby and that nothing will go wrong because of their lack of care. I definitely will no be returning for my next child.

We had a schedule appointment for 9am, left on our voicemail, we showed up, by 9am. They advised my wife that she missed her appointment, because it was at 8: 20am. My wife played the voicemail to them, and all they could say is, "Sorry maybe the Scheduler misspoke, we can get you in at 10: 20am. " Seriously, people plan around the times we're told. Find another OBGYN. Waste of co-pays and insurance money.

They are very friendly people. It didn’t take long for me to be seen. Loved the service and will continue going.

Put someone else's name on my labs, billed my insurance twice (preventive was 100% covered) but because we had a 5 min conversation, she billed another $406 for her time! Their Doctor/Insurance relationship is a scam for top dollar!

Had a wonderful experience. It was my first child and I felt so much support. Dr. Yosowitz was incredible!

Great staff and appointments are always on time. In and out. Great ultrasound techs as well. Doctors are caring and listen to concerns.

This office was always good to me. They have a lot of women that are in and out. The nurses were always quick and ensured that I had the correct care. The doctor that delivered my son was amazing.

I have 4 kids and had to go here with my 4th pregnancy. By far the WORST place I have ever been to for prenatal care. They read my results to things wrong several times! One girl told me I was going to lose my baby and the other couldn’t believe she said that because I wasn’t going to lose my baby. I saw 2 different doctors and they were awful. If I could give this place zero stars I would! It’s pretty much about the money for them. I can’t believe they can even run a business.
