MomDoc Chandler Office

This office is so well organized all the girls are super pleasant.also there is one particular person I always deal with, that I always go to. Her name is Andrea and I always go to her for any and all needs and she is very helpful to me.

I love this office. The providers are all very knowledgable, and the MAs are very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

This was the best OBGYN I've even been to, I was going there for my basic needs and also got my check ups for my pregnancy. All the ladies are super nice and caring.

The girls who check you in are really nice but it's obvious the doctor who saw me today has no compassion, understanding, or a care in the world for her patients. She made me feel worse than I did when i came in. This is extremely dissapointing as the mom doc in Tempe is amazing. I will never come Back to this one & I only hope no other womsnvoinb through what I'm going through runs Into this emotionless doctor

I love going to my appointments, Melissa really listens to me and answers all of my questions in a way that makes sense. I’m excited to meet all of the providers when my appointments get closer together!

I have been going to this location for more in 9 years. All the ladies are super nice and caring. Im just going for basic women needs and never been pregnant. But I love the late hours and saturday options.

I went to this Chandler location starting in 2012 but it wasnt momdoc, it was Goodman & partridge. When it was Goodman and partridge, I really loved it. But since they have been Momdoc, I'm always waiting almost an hour in the back room. And I have so many friends that quit smoking once they found out about being pregnant, and telling them that they were smokers and Momdoc called CPS on them because the blood test from the first appointment. So they never gave them a chance to begin with. And I kept getting reoccurring BV and everytime they would ask me how many men I been with and am I sure I didn't have an STD which I never have but they insisted on making me feel like I was some dirty girl or something after telling them I've been with the same guy for years now. They once didn't even send in my prescription and I had to call over and over for them to actually send it in for my bacterial vaginosis. When I had a miscarriage they did not care once so ever! I was traumatized and they just gave me pills to flush it out and said have a good day. The doctors do not care! They just ask how youre feeling and then after that say see you in 4 weeks not even examining me. One time they took 40 minutes to remove my nexplannon and I had a huge bruise for weeks on my arm from it. I'm supposed to have another appointment this week but I do not want to go! I definitely plan on going somewhere else because I am a great mother whether I have my card or not, I do not deserve to get my child taken away because of the first appointment taking my blood test right after I found out i was pregnant and them never giving me a chance to begin with. I've had my card for 3 years and of course I'll have thc in my system 3 days after finding out and quitting. I do not like this place anymore! It should have stayed Goodman&partridge! Because when it was they actually cared and catered to their patients ever needs. Now they just want to get you out faster then making you sit and wait

This was a good lesson for me, always pay heed to the reviews. It would have saved me the headache this place has put me through, not once but twice. First, they mess up the details surrounding my medication to the point I had to wait hours before I could pick it up. When I decided to give them another chance, and schedule an ultrasound, they weren't even ready for me. I had to wait several minutes before I gave up and left. I do not recommend this place at ALL.

Disappointing. To say the least. Scheduled an appt for same day, had to drive to the location furthest from my home because it was only with availability. Upon arrival told that the scheduler had me down for following day by mistake and turned away. Will NOT be back, such terrible customer care!

Don’t be fooled by their availability - the staff is rude and seem preoccupied or just not interested in their patients.

My first visit I was told they would call in a script to my pharmacy, which wasnt explained why I needed it or what it was for. It also wasn’t called in. I reached out to them the next business day and was told I “interrupted the staff member sending it with a question” when they were processing it so it wasn’t sent. I called the next day and was told I didn’t need that script, and they made an error.

If a medical office cannot keep organized records or follow through with sending a prescription to a pharmacy- do you really want them handling your family’s and your health?
