Murietta at ASU, Tempe AZ

This place is PHENOMENAL! Even though it may look a little old, everything in the unit and around the complex still runs like it’s brand new ALL THANKS TO DONNY AND PEDRO! These two men are the absolute nicest people I’ve ever met, and the most knowledgeable, hardest-working guys PERIOD. Move here just to meet them and say hi, I guarantee you won’t regret it. DONNY AND PEDRO ALL THE WAY!

Overall Murrieta is a pretty good place to live, but you can find better places for the price in this area. The buildings and appliances in them are pretty dated and the facilities (gym/pool) are pretty much always closed for repairs. The maintenance team is great and is by far the best part about living here as they always respond to requests quickly. There's better value to be found in Tempe, but Murrieta does a good job if you need a spot quickly.

I've been living in this complex for a couple of years. In general, this place is good and I especially like the staff called Stephanie. She was very friendly and helpful and I was very sad when she left. However, I am very disappointed at the interactions with the leasing office in recent months. At the time when my girlfriend and I moved out, the leasing office was almost close to visitors due to the quarantine and it was very hard to reach the team. They didn't pick up my call often. Even I left the voice messages, they didn't call me back most of the time. There were a few things that I was trying to talk to the team over the phone, the staff either asked me to contact to the manager (well, she/he never called me back even I requested) or asked me to contact them via the email. The staff are nice in the call, however, sometimes their attitude/response really make me feel they didn't understand my urgent situation and stay patient with me. I am not living in this complex anymore but I want to say your management team needs to make more real changes in your actions but not only being nice verbally. Plus, this complex doesn't have security gate. The team should consider installing one to enhance the safety for the whole community.

In the 1st week, I found young roaches in the bathroom. In the 2nd week, the air conditioning unit stopped working. In the second month the ceiling tiles collapsed from an ongoing HVAC leak. We've had buckets collecting water from the multiple drips for 2 weeks, while maintenance tries to patch an old, worn out HVAC unit. Also in the 2nd month, the ceilings are covered in soot. No filtration on air exchangers is my guess. Also in the second month, we discovered our first 2 bedbugs.
The units are old, the place is falling apart. The units are poorly insulated, we can hear everything that happens in the apartments surrounding us. There is very little parking. In my opinion, this is what an old run down low income apartment would be. The real gag is that you pay a premium price for the displeasure of living in squalor.

I've been living at Murietta @ ASU (first in a non-renovated unit, and recently moved into a renovated one) for about a year now and really love it. I rarely have issues, but if I have questions or anything, the ladies in the office are always on top of it. Darcie and Christen are super helpful and friendly! The maintenance guys, Donnie in particular, are very friendly and fast to fix things as well. I see people posting reviews on here about horrible roach and bed bug problems, but that is shocking to me considering the apartments are very clean inside upon move-in. When choosing an apartment in Arizona, the biggest thing for me was not having bugs. I never see any at all. I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I love Donny! He is so quick to get my workorders done. It's a lot better than my last apartment maintenance guy.

Nice and affordable apartment facilities, a lot of ASU students and staff live here. Enough parking space for residents. Kind managing staff. Furnitures in room are a little old though

Been here for a few months and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Donny the maintenance man is awesome and great at what he does!

Just took over my father's lease after his passing and the management has been great to him and us especially the maintenance staff. Put a replacement order in for my microwave and less than a few days got it replaced by Donny. Thank you guys over all 5 start review.

Donny is always on time. He is good at his job and never have a problem helping not just me but the entire complex. Thank you so much Donny for all you work.

I moved in last month and this place has been absolutely amazing. Stephanie has been great and so has Christen. I can't express how happy I am to finally find a good apartment complex with great office and maintenance staff especially Donny!

All staff here are very friendly and always response quickly when we need help, especially Mr. Danny, he is professional and helps us on every facility problem we met:)

I would like to let everyone know what a great hard worker Donnie is and maintenance are fast at get things fixed at a reasonable manner and office people are very nice and helpful as well

I love it here and plan on being here for a long time. Maintenance is super quick and very polite. All the girls in the office are super friendly and are extremely helpful, especially Stephanie. I was skeptical at living at an older property but you can see that this community is well loved and very clean and they try hard to keep it that way. I 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.

Stephanie is the best! She helped my wife and I find an apartment and it's just been great here! Donny has also been amazing with work order he's super fast!

Our home had a water leak, and then Donny took care of the home and did a great job. Excellent experience!
