Murietta at ASU, Tempe AZ

Christen has been so helpful since I've moved in here. Stephanie has also been super nice helping me find my apartment. I love how clean it is and Donny helps me with all my work orders!

This is a very quiet community and I love living here. Stephanie in the office is awesome and very understanding. Christen is also extremely helpful and very friendly. My husband and I both love Donny he's amazing when it comes to work orders.

I just moved in last month and tonight the ac suddenly starts leaking water. It was very convenient to find the maintenance guy onsite and he explained patiently to me about what was the problem and next steps to fix it tomorrow. I feel very grateful and hope this little issue can be fixed soon. Five star!

I came home today and noticed that my AC wasn't working so I called the front desk and probably 5 minutes later Donny showed up to fix the problem. He was professional and very personable and knew what to do pretty much right away. He had to go up on the roof but within 35-40 minutes the problem was solved and our AC was working again. Fantastic service.

Donny our maintaince man is the best in his feild, not only does he arrive in a timely manner, he makes sure your issue is taken care of, he is curtious and pleast to work with. The office ladies are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our experince living here as been a good one, the amenities are awesome and we get much use out if them. The gounds are clean.
