MY DR NOW, San Tan Valley AZ

The PCP I now have listens to my needs as an individual. I have often felt like the medical care in AZ was lacking in this to the point then I feel like I had to do their job for them just to get through the process because everything has a process but it was my job I felt like to promote this and I need to be the patient not the medical professional
administ.ering care to myself which is their job. Thank you my Dr now:)

I have used MyDrNow for around 4 yrs. My family also is impressed with the offices. Great doctors and PA. They run a little behind because they take their time helping and making sure they address all your needs.

They are open 7days. You can get xrays and labs done on site.

Their greatness assets are their doctors. Nice, professional, caring people. Dr Shipp and Dr Deem are the kindest finest PAs in the world. We love them.

Appointment was scheduled for 11am. Did not get into back room until 11: 45, and then waited till 12: 30 to see a doc/nurse. And to top it off, had to wait till 1 to have one test done.dr was very rude about the visit, don’t think she knew what she was doing

The first visit was fine. Saw a nurse practitioner and she was good. When I went back for lab results she wasn’t in which they had told me she would be.saw a student who was very nice but when you have high cholesterol and low kidney function you expect someone a little higher up. They did a recheck of blood work and I never heard back. I finally called 1 day short of 2 weeks and after looking was told normal. I wanted a copy but they couldn’t do that. I finally was given link to patient portal but there were no results under lab results. This in ridiculous and I will be changing doctors offices

I saw a nurse practitioner named Mario at my Dr.now on Main and Dobson in Mesa. I was very pleased with my service the whole staff seems very friendly and definitely there to help you with your visit.nurse practitioner Mario seemed very educated and he took time with me and made sure I understood what was going on with my eye. I will definitely recommend any of my family and friends to go to my Dr.now And see Nurse practitioner Mario he is at the Dobson and Main office. He was very attentive to my needs The whole staff was really going out of their way to make me feel comfortable great customer service and bedside manner Mario has. While he was doing a procedure on my eye a patient that came in after I did and didn’t have an appointment walked back to the room and started yelling at them that she wanted to be seen and Mario kept his cool and just told her that if she was experiencing that much pain from her eye that she probably would be better off going to the ER. That he was busy doing a procedure On this patient referring to me and this Patient had an appointment at 6: 30 and he was the only one there that could see patients. Very professional

DO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST. THESE PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. JUST TRY TO CALL FOR A APPOINTMENT AND YOU WILL BE ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 2 HOURS. MOST IGNORANT BUSINESS IN THE WORLD. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PERSON OPENS A BUSINESS AND TREATS IT AS A CASH COW. AND THEN THEY WILL FOR SURE GIVE YOU QUICK BAD INFORMATION BECAUSE EVERYONE MUST HAVE ARTHRITIS. WELL IN MY CASE I NEEDED AN OPERATION.

Appt was at 1130am didnt get called back until 12pm, 1225 still waiting to see doctor.mad but keeping my mouth shut.going to the one in Gilbert next time.

I have been going to My Dr Now as a patient of Kiera Deem, she is an awesome provider. She is caring and sweet.

Extremely incompetent group of people. Have to pull teeth just to get a prescription refilled. DON'T TRUST YOUR HEALTH TO THESE CLOWNS.

I've always been happy with my care. The referrals don't seem to go through, though. The entire staff, in my experience, has been very professional and Friendly.

I have to say. I was really impressed with how easy it was to come in and get my concerns checked and out the door. The staff is amazing. Dr Lawrence was especially awesome. I'll definitely be coming back.

These people are never on time. Why bother with appointments if you are going to make the patient wait 30_45 minutes after the appointment time. This is ridiculous.

Also for all that do not know if your sir orders bloodwork and you have to come back to the office they charge you for a second visit.

This place sucks I was one min late and they wanted to change my apt to a walk in apt and with that the charges are a lot more and very rude people. I walked out and will never go back

Done going here. Always an issue- from misdiagnosed kidney stone (e.r. Found it same day with same test after this place said nothing was wrong) to not even bothering to send prescriptions for my toddler to the walgreens directly in front of this location. Went today for the last time and got the run around for my kid and then they completely dropped the ball. They are always very nice but that does not make up for the extremely poor care received.

Staff is friendly and doctors are great. We needed them on Memorial day and they were open which was a surprise. It was a small wait but, we got what we needed and went to our BBQ. Thanks to the staff

Nurse Practioner Kelly, MA Xray Tech Brian and MA Casey were very thorough with evaluating my husband. He was very sick with flu like symptoms & possible pneumonia from xray. The care they provided was awesome. I humbly thank them all including front desk receptionist (Shania) with awesome customer servive

My son went in to have xray taken april 11th for possibly break. Xray were sent to a radiology to be read. On April 24th I was called and told it was broken. I made an appointment for 5: 30 that day. I got there on time and waited for an hour watching other people come and go. I finally got up and asked and was told they are behind on apts. A half hour later I was still waiting I decided I was done and walked out.

We have had the need to visit My Dr Now on Hunt Highway 5 or 6 visits in the past 6 weeks. We have had excellent service here at every visit. The staff has always been helpful, friendly and informative. Dr. Conrad Lawrence has been my fiance's primary caregiver on all of our visits with the exception of one. He has been amazing in caring and providing medical service to my fiance, always explaining the procedures. We are thankful and pleased to have found him. I'm not sure I understand the negative reviews on here because we have not experienced anything bad at the San Tan Valley location. I say to the San Tan Valley MDN staff "Thank you! We appreciate all of you. "

They do everything in house, and literally will come to your house if you want. No joke like old times
