MY DR NOW, San Tan Valley AZ

They are okay but the insurance companies are hard to get referrals from because the providers are few and too busy to see you quick.

Today I went back and had dr. John. He was very respectful and had a caring demeanor. Listening and understanding. Totally a much better experience than all my previous problems on the last review. I’m going to make sure he’s my primary from here out.below is yesterday’s review———— Front desk is always kind. Every NP (doing the checkup not the ones taking vitals) have been very rude to me. Had a salivary infection and the nurse brought in 3 other people to look at it kinda snickering. One DR.was overly suspecting of personal drug use based upon my diagnoses of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (without empathy) which my dad brother and grandmother also had. I have depression, anxiety, COPD, ADD, and heart disease. The last straw was yesterday I went to follow up on my depression med and get a referral to follow up on my throat scope. After being pulled into the room I waited an hour in that room, then just got up and walked out. My depression and anxiety is crippling enough to keep me from leaving the house, and getting the above treatment from professionals is disappointing and highly disheartening.

Got an appointment the same day. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly. I was seen pretty quick but waited for a while in the room because they have computer software problems. The doctor was nice but did not diagnose me properly. The prescribed medicine did not work.

Do not bother trying to call this location, you get a call center and hold times are always horrible! Over 30 minutes is not uncommon, then they can't even help you!

I used to like this place but the lady that takes weight and blood pressure is very very rude I will be calling corporate she should not be working in a place where people come for help very judgemental and making weird faces because my husband couldn't hear her
Very ridiculous

This place is trash. Me, my husband, and our children were all misdiagnosed several times here. We went several times due to the location being so close to our home, now we drive out to Gilbert rather than go here. Each idiot provider (other than Laura Babb since we have not seen her) has been wrong about diagnoses, and showed no true knowledge to anything, just referred us elsewhere. Their testing was inaccurate, and I can not stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE PROPERLY DIAGNOSED AND TREATED!

Literally WORST DR office I’ve ever been to, been misdiagnosed three times here, only reason I came back was because other places we’re closed, very rude staff, very rude drs, you try and tell them what’s wrong and all they are trying to do is get out the door and don’t care about anything you say, I will never come back not even if I’m dying! Awful

Fast! Friendly! But, I did get there really early. Dr prescribed antibiotics and called in my prescription.

I went here to talk about an issue I have just so I can find a medical team on board with what I am doing. These people are so close minded and appear uneducated with what is out there and cold hearted. They said I needed to seek mental health treatment badly and asked me if I was going to hurt myself. I like having something that a good sized community like having too. So I just wanted a team to keep me safe. Then I swore they talked behind my back, I heard them. They act like I am the only one with this problem when there are hundreds of thousands.

Love this place, works around anyones schedule.same day appointments, weekends. Kiara, Brooke, and John are the absolute best.

I was seeing a Banner internist for the past 6 yrs and she left banner. I went to Dr Now last month to establish care with Brook Allen FNP-C for primary care. I received my mammogram order I needed refills but I had meds to cover me 6 weeks. I called 2 weeks to get refills on asthma meds cholesterol and high blood pressure called again this past week and was told if I needed refills I needed to go back to the dr that ordered the medication. I filed a complaint with my insurance company and comes tomorrow the medical board. I will be out of meds by Tuesday. I would understand if I was a drug seeker, seeking pain meds.

For urgent care God forbid you have a breathing problem. I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

Extremely slow.was left in the Dr office for over 20 mins. All I have is a fever or some type of flu. Nurses are constantly talking instead of helping the sick ppl in the lobby. This should have taken 1 hour tops, took them 2 & a half hours to get me in n out. Zero urgency among staff. Front desk was helpful.

Cant rate this zero so thats y its a 1. Go in knowing whats wrong with me since ive had it multiple times. Get told I'm wrong and gives me the medication for exactly What i said it was. Needed to be cut open and drained and all she did was look at it. Dodnt even feel the lump to know how big it is. Only go to dr brooke if you can. The rest got their education put of a cracker jack box

I didn't have that great of an experience here. It was my only choice, other than taking my boys to the ER because it was a holiday. They prescribed antibiotics to my 8 month old for a virus "just in case" even though they said it would do nothing for a virus. When I declined the antibiotics, they prescribed them anyway and tried to charge me. I should have just went to the ER.

Worst doctors I have ever been to. Went in because of neck and back pain. No x-ray. No MRI. Just gave me pain pills. Didn't get better. Went back same thing. Never saw a real doctor. Went to a different doctor. Bulging discs was the problem. Should of known to switch after they gave me the wrong lab results when I went in for a different problem. Plus even with appointment they bill insurance as urgent care. So I always owe them $25. Nothing but problems.

I like that I could just walk in and best of all the Dr's are smart and know what they are looking at. They ask questions and listened to what I had to say. I have not been disappointed. If you don't have insurance $99 was a good deal and I think they take payments.
