Natural Grocers reviews
23 This is the third time I've tried to call the manager about mask policies. If your employees don't take wear protective equipment seriously, how can you expect your customers to do so. This is specifically at the Baseline and Gilbert store in Gilbert, AZ. Dont wear it only if theres a crowd, or below your nose. Or worse, agree with customers that argue about mask policies.
You say you're a community leader. Then act like one!
I was interested in checking out the store. But the handicapped parking was at the far end of the parking lot.
It was first experience to this wonderful store. Has everything most other stores do but better (I think). Purple sweet potatoes, Arizona raw honey, lots of medical items
I like the smaller, almost-hometown feel to Natural Grocer's. I can get the things on my list without feeling crowded or dealing with long lines. I appreciate the quality of the organic and non-GMO items they offer. Natural Grocers is a regular stop for me.
I like Natural Grocers very much.i'd like to bring to their awareness something that needs attention.the restrooms needs a very good cleaning.meaning.floor, edges of floor, sanitary napkins container, toilet bowl brush, mirror, sink inside and out, toilet inside and out, door handle, light switch, paper towel dispenser, eyc.is there an employee that knows how to clean a restroom properly? Kitchens (not reslsvent, and restrooms, always need specific stt. Thank you.
As always any location with this chain bullseye on with friendly service advice and quality products
Love the all-organic produce, eclectic selection and small-town feel. Their sales prices are amazing and regular prices on most (but not all) seem to be lower than Spouts.
The staff here is always friendly. We get water here every week. The water is great tasting and only 25¢ a gallon which is 2¢ better than Walmart! Worth it
Count your fingers and your purchases. People are not the brightest.managers are interestingly dim.corporate just plain dumb.good products.get ready to call weights and measures
This store is decent and has everything you would expect from a Natural Grocers. With this being said, the employees could use some training on customer service. The checkout people that we have seen so far are nice enough but they do not seem happy to be there and make it obvious to customers by actually telling them. Also, only one check out line on a weekend is not efficient. Other than this, the store has a great selection of healthy food and supplements.
Such a wonderful store with sooo many goodies inside! Even just walking around in the store can be a cooling down healing process:)
For a person with celiac disease this store has a massive selection of gluten free options. Though prices are a little higher I never fail to find great quality items and staff are very friendly.
Very nice store with a very wide variety with fair prices. Plenty of free parking with several places to dine for breakfast or lunch. The vitamins are a usually a better deal than most places in our area!
Cant say enough positives about this company and location.quality healthy foods.pricey but you get what you pay for!
I went to this place couple of days ago and I will say I was rather dissapointed. Albeit the price is double those or Wholefoods and Sprouts I figured since it was organic, I will just purchase all my items instead of making a trip to the latter mentioned. This was my first time.
First, the didn't have the boxes to pack my groceries. The cashier said, they ran out. I had a cart full! Instead of offering one of their $. 99 bags as a complementary service she declined and I had to purchase 3 different bags for me items.
I came home out of everything I got the fruits were the worst! Oranges tart and dry even though its labelled as organic. The organic pineapple was rotten! It makes GMO pineapple looks like the KING of pineapples! Thr Gala apple which I usually get ORGANIC at WinCo for half the price were all mushy and ones I get at WinCo are always crunchy, never soft! For the price. I am disappointed to say the least.
The only positive which is why I gave it a 1 instead of a ZERO stars if I could was that the produces I got were Fresh. It looks like those are the only thing they keep fresh!
If you decide to buy ORGANIC fruits here, DON'T! Go to Sprouts or Wholefoods. Wasted my money!
I don't mind spending my money but let the items be worth the price!
This place is awesome. So many good selections of non GMO Foods. I hope they stay around for as long as I'm around
This place needs attentive adults (and young adults) who greet their customers with a "hello", "hi, how are you today", "welcome". You know, the most normal thing another human could do at work. Apparently, that isn't included in training anymore. Obviously if your paying more money to go home with better quality food. This place should have high standards in who they hire as well. If they decide to get rid of the disobedient POS kids they hire, I'd love to return!
Update on: 2/12/19
Nothing has changed as of yet. Could be the management could be the owners. Who knows. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to shopping here. Won't step foot in this place. Already spoke with plenty of people who have expressed and experienced the exact same scene.sucks for you
Natural Grocers is a smaller natural goods store, for those overwhelmed by Whole Foods. Their offerings in health and dietary supplements and such is quite superior, also! This store also tries their best at being environmentally-conscious with the way they package your goods in recycled boxes, well done!
Bad experience, reserved big turkey online and something went wrong. Went to store, couldn't reserve a big one but was told they would have extra. Went to pick up, no extra big turkeys. Won't be back
Love their selection of GF, SF, and DF items. Great medical supplement section too. Wish they had more veggies and fruit.
