The store is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Products are always fresh and easily accessible. Plenty of healthy choices even in the last chance sale sections.

Very pricey, like Whole Foods, but they do have sales. They might also have products that other natural grocers don't get in, so give it a shot. They might have the specialty item you need. The staff is very friendly. What I found interesting was that they don't do bags. It's BYO, buy a cloth bag, or re-use a box. I only bought two things so I skipped the bag. How eco-friendly! I might drop in again for a niche item, but I can't afford to get all my food here. It's great to support eco-friendly stuff, so I can at least get a little.

Ever since I stumbled upon this precious gem, I can’t get enough! I’m literally in this store EVERY week (and I don’t live around the block). Lilly and John are AWESOME especially Lilly! When I was new to the store Lilly gathered the essentials I needed to shop around gave me a reusable bag, even helped me sign up for N Power. Every question I asked, they answered to the best of their knowledge and never made me feel like a nonentity. There was a scenario where I wasn’t able to physically shop for myself, instead I placed a call spoke with John and was able to tell him the things I needed for a cold, John gathered the products and sat them aside for my husband to pick up. If that’s not service I don’t know what is! They’re great in every form, and I wanted to take time out to praise the employees! You guys are rockstars and demostrate what it takes to be true team players. Whole foods, sprouts and trader joes has NOTHING on Natural Grocers.
